Just went recently and I got help from Jaylen (hope I spelled your name right I’m sorry!) She’s helped me multiple times. I love the staff here because they give me a lot of knowledge and they recommend the best products. I got a Benefits mascara and a double sided Stila liquid eye liner and a sharpener for one of my water line pencils. Thanks.

I came in to purchase the IGK Good Behavior spray and noticed a 50% off sticker under the IGK trio pack at the very bottom. When the cashier rang it up, it came out full price. I voiced the discount I saw , and she kindly asked me to show her where I saw it. She then explained it had expired 8/30 — mind you, it’s almost the end of September and the sign was still up. I asked if the manager could honor it since the signage was misleading. The manager flatly refused, saying the discount wasn’t for the trio, and for one of the big sprays. Mind you.. the big sprays were all the way at the top…? When I asked about buying a single big spray, she only agreed to honor 30%. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because of the cashier’s patience and effort to try to help me. The manager on duty, however, was dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. If signage is left up past expiration, customers shouldn’t be penalized and should be honored 100%. Ulta — do better

This store smells over whelming when you enter. You could never try fragrances here and smell them clearly. It is disorganized always and staff is not overly helpful. They are not rude by any means but they do not put effort into helping customers either.

Raven (Clinique Consultant) was so sweet and knowledgeable. As a beginner in the makeup world, she truly made my experience in Ulta very calming and helpful!!!

Got a haircut with Lexi L. and I have to say: she’s the best! From the moment I got there she was extremely nice and did exactly what I asked for, always making sure I got what I wanted. Left with the length that I wished and a PERFECT blowout!!! totally recommend

I was scheduled to get my hair done at the Ulta Salon part of the store. It was an amazing experience with Lexi! She understood all of my concerns and needs and took her time to accommodate me. I have curly hair and she knew what to use to make them come back to life. She was personable, kind, gentle, caring and fun. Thank you so much Lexi for the turnaround. I’ll be a forever client!

The employees working in the makeup section of the store could do with some more training. Came in with my mom so she could get a tinted lip balm for my wedding (she normally does not wear makeup and didn’t want anything heavy like a traditional lipstick). I typically don’t wear tinted balms, so I asked an associate some brands she’d recommend. She first showed me a lip tint by Benefit. I reminded her I wanted a balm. She then showed me a gloss. Again…reiterated we want a lip BALM. She then showed us a glossy lipstick from Tarte. After that she gave up. I asked a SECOND associate to be told, "Oh, I really don’t know. Just take a look around." I quickly found three different tinted balms, one from MAC, another Lancôme, and one from Bare Minerals. It shouldn’t have been that hard or complicated. Honestly really bizarre.
