Please find a pharmacy that cares about you as a person and your health. CVS doesn't allow you to speak with pharmacy staff when there's a concern, you're stuck waiting for someone to check voicemail and call you back. In addition they delay notifying you of any delays and then there's a real attitude about providing meds and service. Please find a pharmacy that cares

The absolute worst pharmacy in midtown. They do not answer phone calls. They do not allow you to leave voice messages. They do not respond to app requests for communication and clarification. A really dangerous set up. It's so so bad, and so so dangerous.

What's the point in pulling up the app info while she won't get off her butt to get up and scan it? This has happened 3 times this year in your drive through. I try to avoid going inside because the wait and service is worse in there usually.

I walked in the store and I realized Cortez working by himself 4:38am. I use to be an operational manager at CVS and it is against CVS policy that staff work by themselves and I will report this to CVS corporate. The manager should be present. Can you please tell me the DM email please.

If I could leave no stars, I WOULD. I’m not sure who was working tonight, but the woman was the rudest, most stuck up person I have met in a long time. All I needed was to do some light shopping and use the restroom, and she tried telling me that they did not even HAVE a restroom. I wish I got her name, but since it was such an emergency, I found somewhere else to shop and finish my business. I will definitely be using Walgreens from here on out. So disappointing

I don’t know why they have bad reviews while my experience with this CVS is quite the opposite. My prescription was ready just within an hour. Everything in the store was neat, and organised. This is just another cvs like other location. I will keep going back.

Workers can be rude. Store is pretty clean and quiet. Pharmacy is a pain sometimes, at least they have a drive through which is usually quicker than going in
