B & P Beauty Supply

Please be sure to ask for someone who FULLY SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS English. Got here at opening yesterday and store wasn’t even opened on time. I asked the cashier that checked me out (who was also the one that was late opening the store) if I brought my purchase back would it be refundable BEFORE I PAID. He said yes as long as it’s in the same condition. Never even took the hair out the bag from when he put it in and brought it back to be told that I could exchange or store credit. He was even there and when asked of course he sat there with his mouth open looking just as slow as his comprehension skills. -1000/10

I JUST HAD the WORST experience today , 3/7/2025 around 5:30 leaving the store. As two of YOUR employee men in a black van were unloading items in front of the store, one of the man WATCHED me struggle getting YOUR CART from YOUR store. One was free handed, but didn't offer help (which I didn't care at all). But after I finally got myself out, he waited until I was halfway walking down towards Little Caesers to tell me that carts are not to leave the store. I have 2 kids, a purse, a bag full of 8 packs of hair , a lunch bag ,AND an additional bags with purchases ! I asked what should I do SEVERAL TIMES, but he never offered a solution, or sympathized with the fact that I have TOO MUCH TO CARRY WITHOUT A CART & that that feat is IMPOSSIBLE. He kept saying that people steal carts. I told him that I don't do that, he could watch me just put my kids in the car and I'll bring it back, but he kept saying that I can't leave with it. There was NO SOLUTION. I would've have even waited for him to get another employee to help me take my things to car and paid them, but to blatantly watch my struggle getting out your door, see my hands are full, wait until I'm 15 feet away just to say I can't leave the cart out the store when you could've said that AT THE DOOR is ridiculous. Luckily a wonderful man came and helped me to my car after seeing how ludicrous the situation was getting. I've been going here for over a decade , and will be HAPPILY be shopping somewhere else.

Went in today to find a different look and unlike many beauty supply stores that hassle you just for looking around, this one was a little different. The staff at the weave counter was beyond helpful and patient with me. She also gave good advice and personally helped me find the look I wanted. Good prices too! Can't complain with great service!

This is my second time going into this place. I have nothing bad to say about it or too much good either. But the bright spot is the Black ladies that helps in the place do make u want to come back. Their personality is warming. They greet n talk with everyone that comes in the door. So if you go please speak to them.

This use to be my favorite beauty supply. Until today! The man took 15 mintues to ring up my 6 items ! The first time it was 24 bucks them 240 bucks. Then he cancelled it and scanned everything over and still didn't get it right! Then when he finally got it right and took my card payment he asked for my id which I had in my car and not on me so i couldn't leave and go to another store because he held my bag and my card and receipt and i had to go to my car just to get my ID. NEVER GOING BACK
