I went in to this store before work to pick up some concealer and foundation. I didn't have a lot of time, and was a bit overwhelmed when I first walked in as it was my first time in an Ulta store. Gloria was super helpful and sweet. She helped me to quickly find exactly what I was looking for in the perfect color. Thank you so much Gloria. It is service like this that will make me come back and shop here going forward!

Terrible experience — I will never return to this Ulta location. Staff couldn’t answer basic Dermalogica questions, hovered while I browsed, and told me pheromone-based perfumes I enjoy could "only be found at adult stores" — which is untrue, as Pherose by Realm and Matchmaker by Eye of Love have been sold for years at department stores like Nordstrom and Macy’s. I also felt watched like a suspected shoplifter. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I tried to provide feedback through Ulta’s online email system, but it’s not easy to be heard, so I’m posting publicly. I’m a loyal Ulta customer, spending $100+ a month on Dermalogica skincare and pH-balanced hygeine/ skincare products, yet this visit was frustrating and disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, I felt awkwardly observed. When I asked how to properly layer the new Dermalogica oil serum with my anti-aging set (serum, lotion, lotion-serum), staff couldn’t give a clear answer — surprising for such a premium brand I rely on each month. While browsing other products, the so-called "Fragrance Specialist" hovered and offered alternatives I didn’t need, making me feel pressured rather than helped. Being watched as if I might shoplift was unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected, despite being a loyal customer. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers, but I want to be clear — I will never, under any circumstances, return to this location.

The store is nice inside and the workers seemed nice too. Good experiences the two times I’ve been here. But my most recent time, the cashier Jessica pretended like she didn’t know that there was a free gift with a $25 purchase of Maybelline products. I asked her about it and she replied "oh is there? Let me check." and then checked the bins behind the counter, proceeding to tell me that they’re all out and apologized saying that 3 previous customers asked and didn’t get anything either. Not sure why she had to act like she didn’t know that there was a free gift when she had 3 other people ask as well. And I never got my free gift, or a substitution to accommodate.

First time stepping foot in any Ulta. I was greeted by smiling employees right away. When I asked where I might find something, they helped me find it. Everyone there seemed very nice, helpful and professional. I signed up for their points and extra perks. 😊 I noticed a sign at the entrance saying something like, this is a hate free establishment. ❤️ Overall good experience. (It's nice finding a place with good customer service these days.)

Usually when I go into the store, the employees are very kind and helpful. Yesterday I asked for help from one of the skin care ladies who led me to one of the hair ladies for help (I asked if they had hair toner) the hair lady asked me if it’s for me, I say yes, I just bleached it, she looks at me, scoffs, and says "you need to bleach it again" in the most disgusting tone, I look at her with a look of disgust and disbelief because that would have been a great opportunity for her to get a new client! Instead she was rude and quite frankly, the way she said it hurt my feelings. I planned on re-bleaching, and toning, I have been doing my hair longer than that lady has probably been working there. I am not stupid, I was asking if they had toner and got what felt like shamed for asking.
