Would definitely return for weekly groceries!

For convenience, selection, and helpful service, it’s one of the better Krogers in Mansfield. Keep in mind I’m very cautious when taking photos in a public setting like this. I have to be mindful of people so I try my best to not have photos of people but sometimes I can’t help it.

This place is a joke! I ordered groceries in the morning to be picked up at 7pm. I get off work at 5 usually and I work in Carrollton. I waited at work a little later to head out so I didn’t have to wait at the store for them to get my groceries ready and for traffic to get a little better. I get a message that my pick up is ready as I’m driving so I clicked the button I’m on the way. I get there wait about 10 minutes and for someone to come out to my car to tell me that my order is not ready. Okay how long? She tells me not until tomorrow! I literally had maybe 7 sinple items and you wait til I get there to tell me it’s not going to be ready until the next day! Yes everyone is panic shopping so I had to cancel the order try to go inside store unable to check out unless I wait in the hour long line!! They need a better system and more cashiers! And also be careful buying the dog food as last time I saw the bags had been eaten by bugs or a mouse I don’t know luckily I saw this before taking the bag home.

I am not an big fan of Kroger specially the one on broad street. This area is highly populated. There is no grocery store in Mira Lagos and surrounding. Only 2 Grocery Stores are in 4 Mile radius area. This store is over priced even if you compare with another Kroger on Debbie Lane just 10 mins driving distance from this location. As a yogi my main grocery shopping is fresh produce and fruits. This store keeps very low quality of produce and fruits. Frozen food shelves are out of products on weekends. If you are coming on weekends you get most of the racks empty. Only dirty one is lest. I tried more then 4 times with the different times and I was disappointed all the time. Restroom is small and dirty. No Napkins in stand just kept open on sink. Sink was broken. Toilet was out of order. Staff behavior is not good at all. Not good quality and service.

I had a terrible experience with Kroger's pickup service. I scheduled my order for pickup between 5-6 PM and waited over 30 minutes, only for someone to come out and inform me that my order wasn’t ready. This left me scrambling to buy dinner for my kids and breakfast for the next day. Later that night, I received a text saying my order would be ready on Friday—completely unhelpful! Now, I’m back in the parking lot trying to get my groceries, and after 15 minutes, I still haven’t received anything. To top it all off, when I finally did get my order, it was wrong. This has been an absolutely ridiculous experience, and I won’t be ordering from Kroger again!!!

I love just about everything at this location, except the bathrooms are a mess. They have had this hand towel roll out in the men’s room for men to tear off the paper for months if not a year or so. How hard is it to get someone to come out and fix the paper towel machine? And I thought about taking a picture of disgusting urinal, but it’s just too gross to post. Other than that, the store is amazing, they have great items, including houseware stuff. Occasionally, you’ll find items that have expired. They are still on the shelves, but that is probably the same store you go to.

Store is good, customer srv good. 2 stars for order on line and pick up, it's HORRIBLE. I've tried 4 times, and each time I am missing items that were paid for, resulting in having to return to the store.
