Yesterday I went to auto care center at Walmart in Mansfield Texas 930 N Walnut Creek Dr ste 800 to have my oil change on my Mercedes benz first I had a 45 minute wait till I asked to speak with a manager whom came out to assist me in getting my car checked in to be service I expressed my feelings for being looked over and long wait in the most respectful way possible.... I checked my car in and left to return later at night to get it I drove home today 11/9/2025 I was driving my car the oil notification came on i stop checked my oil only to notice my oil dipstick handle was broken i then start taking pictures of broken parts I called to the store spoken with a manager name Rocky only to be told nothing he can do it falls on the manger that was on duty when I brought my car in so I drove to store to speak with someone only to meet the manger that was speaking with me over the phone I explained the situation to him in person this time to be told to my face nothing could be done I asked him to come outside and look at the problem to have visibility on what I'm saying he refuses so I leave going back home to park car only to have oil dipstick to create another problem with my Mercedes benz this could have been avoided if someone would have looked at my car dealing with any situation especially a Mercedes benz my car stopped in middle of broad st to be towed I called back up there to be told nothing they could do sorry end of conversation keep in mind i went to get oil change and left WITH broken parts and now another Mercedes benz problem dealing with the broken oil dipstick and still thats how customers are treated and viewed as another dollars i will not be going there again so help me God I have pictures to document to defend
This review is regarding a cashier named Angel (more like a demon) at the Mansfield location. During our recent visit, my mother—who is an old lady with cancer- asked for a price check. In response, Angel began raising her voice and speaking in a confrontational manner. She was literally yelling! The situation escalated unnecessarily, and despite my mother calmly asking her to lower her voice, the behavior continued. Afterward, Angel went to the customer service area and appeared to mock the situation with coworkers who were there, laughing loudly and hysterically within earshot. This was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting. This is unfortunately not the first negative interaction we have experienced with this cashier. As regular customers, we had the misfortune of dealing with her. We expect respectful and professional treatment mirroring how we treat them but instead getting a terrible attitude and low class behavior. We ultimately moved to another register where Kathryn assisted us. She was courteous, professional, and handled the transaction quickly. We appreciate her conduct. She even apologized for what Demon- I mean Angel did. Management (Store managers as well as district) should be aware of this pattern of behavior, as it does not reflect well on the store. Customers deserve respectful service, especially when asking routine questions like a price check. Maybe move her to loading shelves where she can spare us her rotten attitude! Shame on you Angel!
For the Indian female in the curbside pickup yesterday with the glasses how dare you speak on your phone while placing my order in my car I understood you speaking harshly about Americans and leaving my trunk open without saying a word not acknowledging me at one moment how dare you
This morning, about 11:20-11:30 store manager Jacob had a nasty attitude, cutting a customer off before they can get out a statement. Walmart please take off price match if your store manager doesn't honor anything in your own fine print. It was a $5 difference on a child's toy! You would think it was coming out of his check. He did not even look at the online "Walmart" price that l was trying to show him. Thank you to the clerk that was pleasant inspite of his behavior from the jump. She said they don't honor any matching but did try by getting Jacob. He said the same thing flexing "per approval of a store manager & l'm the manager." l had to tell him to save the attitude. Thanks Amazon for fulfilling my order for the same price that this manager was unwilling to look, listen, or accommodate.
I found a Skull Shaver online for $31 (regularly $59), so I went to the store to buy it. However, the store told me they couldn’t price match and advised me to order it online for pickup to receive the discount — so I did. When I arrived to pick it up, I was handed a cordless clipper instead, and $61 was charged to my card without my permission. The pickup associate said he couldn’t do anything since "that’s what the system prompted him to do" and directed me to customer service. At customer service, I was told they couldn’t exchange it due to some "process," though no one could clearly explain what that meant — especially since the pickup associate clearly made the mistake. I was then told to request a refund, reorder the product, and come back the next day to pick it up. I even brought the correct item from the shelf myself, but the manager still refused to exchange it. What an inconvenience. Is this what Walmart considers customer service? I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Zero Stars And Horrible Customer Service. I Called To Check To See If They Had A Heating Pad For My Mother In Stock. And, The Customer Service Lady Put Me On Hold Twice And Then Hanged Up On Me. She Was Absolutely Horrible And Definitely Needs To Be Retrained As A Customer Service Associate Because She Lack Basic Hospitality Skills Towards People Who Need Help And Are Trying To Be Patient Towards Her😡💯.
This Walmart has gone terribly down hill. We came in to browse and found a couple of things we wanted to purchase. Item 1 rang up $5 higher than the shelf said. Item 2 wouldn't ring up at all. We were told Item 1 must be purchased online for that price. There was a time when Walmart would honor their online price. That's fine, but when we try to order it online, it shows out of stock. There are 4 on the shelf! Victoria, front-end team lead, couldn't care less. Item 2, she was able to get us a price. These items shouldn't be on the shelf if they won't sell them to you. If its in my hand, I expect to be able to buy it! Do better!
