SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by an associate named Mary during my recent visit on 01/04/25 at store 0967(Loveland) From the moment I walked in, Mary’s kindness and graciousness stood out. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and genuinely cared for. Despite being the only associate on the floor, she seamlessly managed to acknowledge every customer who entered while still giving me her full attention. Mary’s knowledge and professionalism were truly impressive, and her ability to balance so much at once was remarkable. On a personal note, I’ve had a very difficult past year, and Mary’s warmth and positivity were a light I didn’t know I needed. She made me feel seen in a way that few people do. It’s clear that Mary takes immense pride in her work, and I believe she absolutely deserves recognition—whether it’s a bonus, a raise, or public acknowledgment. She’s an incredible human being, and I’m so grateful for the experience I had because of her. Thank you, Mary, for going above and beyond. You are truly one of a kind!

Spent some time there looking for cologne with my son. We got a great deal with the current discount and had friendly and helpful service from Mary. She was knowledgeable when we asked for help but gave us plenty of time to try different scents when we first got there and said we were just browsing.

Having a Sephora at khols is pretty convenient except for when they only have one lady at the store and she’s busy w only one customer a whole 30 mins, I figured out what I wanted on my own, when I was finally ready to check out she told me to wait a few more mins and then she would help us we waited 5 and then finally left she saw us and didn’t even offer to quickly check us out. Thanks a lot for a waste of my time.

I just came from this Sephora and was served by an elderly woman who seemed like it bothered here that I had gone to get a birthday gift as today is my birthday. She was so mad she couldn’t even bring herself to wish me a happy birthday. The other store attendants all seemed off and cold too. Shame
