Hair Heaven

The products are overpriced, they follow you around the entire store, and many products are mislabeled. They will point you to human hair, that is actually synthetic or a blend. Compared to other beauty stores, the prices are much higher for lower quality products. Their refund policy is confusing, and when I went to return a product and find another, I was followed around again. I would not recommend taking your money here.

I want to start out by saying that I was shocked by the size of the store. Biggest hair supply I've seen in Louisville. They have everything. Great competitive prices. And I did not feel as if the worker's were watching me like they thought I was going to steal a dang comb....like other local beauty supply stores in town do. I felt free to shop. Customer service was great. The lady who helped me was on top of her job trying to make sure that myself and my daughter had a great shopping experience. I'm definitely going back

This was my first time coming to this store and I must say thank you so much to the two young ladies that helped me out today. I twisted my ankle and was on crutches the lady immediately stopped me in my tracks and asked me what I needed. I never had to move. Just to take the cake they even walked me to my car helped me get in and all. Thank you so much for helping me I really appreciate you ladies. I will definitely be back.

The beauty supply store next door is much better. This place has a 3 wig limited for you to try on and they hoover over you while you do. The woman in that back that assists with wigs also has a horrible attitude. The beauty supply next door has no limit to the number of wigs you can try on and they give you your space to try them on. They also don't treat you like you came in there to steal. I left this place and went next door to Famous Hair Beauty Supply and purchased two wigs that were better, also with better customer service.

I want to give them no stars but Google requires something I was doing pass the store and it said buy 1 wig get 1 free it was a lie that's is for the really cheap wigs that do not look well and and poorly made the Simi better wigs where not on seal brought 2 wigs and before I let I change my mine on one of them went through the most tring to return it received addatude and told not to come back to store because I didn't want to received store credit for the item I didn't really want I didn't want anything in the store and I was disappointed in te wigs the one i wanted and the one i was forced to take because i didn't want to received store credit and shop in there store horrible Customer service. Terrible experience all the way around go to the store next door it's so much better better wigs Better customer service.

Definitely the greatest salon and cosmetology supply store in Kentucky - especially Louisville! Cute seasonal outfits and dresses along with miscellaneous clothing. High end hair, accessories, and haircare. Support your local owned shops including Hair Heaven. Excellent friendly customer service.

Today was my first time visiting the store and I must say their selection is HUGE!! I was impressed with everything from the selection, customer service, and prices. I usually order all of my hair supplies online, but I don’t think I’ll be doing that anytime soon now that I know this amazing store exists.
