Scent Bar Hollywood

Good selection of niche perfumes and a wide variety of other cosmetic products. Came on December 31st which might explain why the team members seem to be rushing us and uninterested. I have followed their page for so long and was so disappointed with the experience.

Let me start by saying that I'm a frequent visitor of Scent Bar and I've always had an amazing experience at the Hollywood location! Everyone at this location is amazing, they're so enthusiastic and warm when I pop by which I find to be one of the best parts of my visit! Not only that, they are all insanely knowledgeable about fragrance and always provide amazing recommendation. I tend to work with Johnny and Ronnie the most when I'm there and to be honest, I wouldn't own a lot of the perfumes that I have had they not been recommended by them. All of their recommendations are amazing but also the experience they provide is amazing, and hilarious! They truly makes the perfume search more exciting and honestly WAY easier. All that to say, I'll continue to make my hour drive to see my friends over at Scent Bar Hollywood and I'll be buying more in the near future. Thanks friends at SB!

Scent Bar Hollywood is a perfume lover’s dream—a beautifully curated haven of niche fragrances that invites you to explore and fall in love with scent all over again. I had the pleasure of being assisted by David, whose exceptional service truly elevated my experience. He was kind, patient, and incredibly intuitive, helping me navigate through the collection until I found the one: Villa of Erbatium’s Mossy Glen. It’s absolute perfection—like stepping into a florist’s fridge, cool and green, where petals and stems meet earth and dew. David made the journey to that discovery feel effortless and personal. I left with a scent I adore and an experience I won’t forget. Thank you, David!

I popped in on Monday which is the day I usually come in to see my favorite duo of Ronnie and Johnny and was a bit bummed when Batman was there but not Robin. These two always do their best to answer any and all questions and even trying not I paint a picture with many of the fragrances. At first I was a bit come on with my daughter (7 at the time) because I’ve been to some Perfume stores Where it made me feel like they were bothered that I had my little one with me But here it was the complete opposite. Johnny would do his best to even interact My daughter and make her feel like she was part of our conversation, asking her to give her opinion on the perfumes I was smelling. She is now 10 and the experience was so great that she Asked me to take her so that they could smell her SpongeBob collection. Of course, I was a little reluctant to do so because I didn’t want to waste their time as they are working But they were amazing and providing feedback and sprained her collection on a test trip just like it was any other fragrance. And the port that it’s always mind-boggling part to me, Is that they did this while also still interacting with other customers in the store answering any questions and getting any and all bottles behind the counter. I have even told them myself how do they have so much patience with people Because I have been in there when customers have been really picky And looking for that perfect scent that doesn’t exist But they still do their best to help them find that gem. They aren’t pushy and trying to get a sale Like a normal department store and I feel like they do their best to try and help everyone out even when the store is full with 15+ people. Hopefully next time I catch the dynamic duo again. Thank you both for your time even when it doesn’t turn into a sale.

I happened to pop in as soon as they opened on a Sunday morning. I had the best conversation with the staff, and they were so good at having me try all kinds of interesting perfumes. When it came time to purchase, they sent me out to get a coffee first, and to smell the perfumes I had sprayed on myself outside the store. They wanted to make sure I settled on my purchase. What a lovely experience! I hope to return again when I visit LA.

I just left Scent Bar Hollywood and had the BEST experience! Johnny and Ronnie were super helpful. They listened to me and made several suggestions. I ended up with something completely different than I came in for and it’s such a delicious perfume. Thanks so much for being so knowledgeable and friendly!!!

What’s not to love about the Sent Bar Hollywood. incredible staff and extremely knowledgeable. If you not sure what you’re looking for in the niche fragrance world don’t be afraid to ask you just might find your next favorite sent. I also recommend the incense and candles.
