Excellent customer service. My family and I are always greeted with a smile and immediately assisted. It’s small but they have good merchandise.

My partner and I absolutely love this store. The staff is always polite, and they carry essential products like African shea butter, which we use to keep our skin healthy. They also offer a wide range of hair care products that are difficult to find elsewhere in the city.

After this last experience of being treated like I steal, I will not be returning to this hair store or any other unless it’s Black owned or operated. I don’t understand how anyone feels comfortable in this place. I’ll be driving all the way to Inglewood or ordering online moving forward.

my favorite beauty supply store so far! they just have such a wide variety of EVERYTHING! not to mention the staff is so kind, and welcoming every time i go! love this place! dog friendly as well, as long as your dogs not knocking everything down or running crazy!

I’ve always been patient with these people about restocking their wigs. They keep old wigs on display to look like they have a lot of options when they don’t. Then one of the ladies laughed in my face when she could obviously see that I was upset stating "you know we get a lot of customers anyway"and you still can’t keep up? Amazon can easily replace your store especially with theses prices. Waste of time going there.

The DISRESPECT I just received from this store has me seeing RED. I have visited this store multiple times over the past few years. I have never been as disrespected as I have been today. This "new employee" follow me from the time I entered to the time I started following her. Once I realized every time I went to a aisle there she was fixing things. I felt like it was 1996. Once I realized what she was doing I started following her. She got nervous imagine that. You weren't nervous when you were following me. After I paid for my goods with my own money. I noticed she was still following me and I couldn't figure out what was happening I gave you the benefit of the doubt at first and then realized I know she really is following me because there's multiple people in the store yet she's in every aisle I am in. So I started following her back and she got nervous every time she went to a aisle I went. Staring at her and she runs to the front to the store manager. The manager asked me "did you need something?" "did you have a question?" I said no and directed my question to "the new employee" See that this is not fun is it? It's uncomfortable right? You don't like me following you. I don't like you following me. I gave you no indication that I steal or have stolen. So why are you following me? The manager says "I'm sorry she's new next time you come in she won't do that to you" Are you f**king kidding me. Yes that's what I need.IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH. PERIOD. There won't be a next time. This was the last time they get my time or money. ✌🏽
