The most unhelpful and rude workers I have ever encountered. The manager complained about me behind my back to another worker, and then when checking out I said I didn’t want to put my number in and the cashier pressured me nicely at first. Then when I said "no thank you because I usually don’t shop here" she Gen Z stared at me and began to talk under her breath (obviously loud enough for me to hear) saying that I was rude because I messed up her numbers and that I should continue to not shop there. I don’t know what Ultas thing with phone numbers is and why it affects the workers so much, but I will be taking her advice and continue to not shop there in the future, I can tell you that.

I am happy that I received my Babyliss Flat iron on sale, yet there was supposed to free gift associated with my purchase. I purchased the item online early morning, When I picked the item up, the Representative was quick to say we dont have any. She did not attempt to offer me anything in substitution of the free gift. While in the store, I also shopped for other items. I heard Representatives greeting other customers but never greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. When I brought this to the attention of the young lady that was checking me out. She didn't say a word. ULTA used to be my favorite store to shop. Poor customer service.

The most unprofessional salon experience ever. My mom’s appointment was scheduled for 1:15, it is now 2:44 pm and nobody has brought her back yet. I tried calling the salon 3 times to see what the hold up is and no one is answering. She obviously left, thank you guys for wasting her time.

Truly the only reason i'm giving a five star review is because of Emily!!! She's the only person who came and acknowledged us after we walked by several other staff members. Emily was super helpful , very friendly was the only person that was walking around asking people if they needed anything or if they could get any suggestions!!!! Truly, a shining star she deserves a raise and she needs to be a manager! The front cashiers were friendly! I didn't get their names but were very sweet! To walk by beauty consultants that were more interested in their conversations instead of telling me what was new or asking me if I needed a suggestions. I love to hear what's new and definitely would've loved to know what I could have bought for my upcoming trips. Emily definitely deserves 11/10

Black Friday 2nd stop for the kiddo. She got exactly what she was looking for. In and out.

Amazing shopping experience. Unlike in Canada we get helpers at Sephora to find our tones and shades... This place had no help. It is big and has hair products, skin care products, makeup lots and lots of makeup, on the right hand all the expensive brands and on the left side the drugstore more affordable brands as well as the Ulta products. It has accessible parking and accessible entrances. Lots of parking spaces outside the store. I recommend this store. It was clean and the staff and amnager who checked usbout were friendly and helpful.

Everytime I go here the girls are super rude and they don't even know what product they sale. They are always huddle around talking never wanting to help anyone.
