Chong's Beauty Supply

I took my grandmother in the store looking for Royal Crown hair dressing. When we walked in, the lady walked from the back. We walked over to the hair supplies, and the lady followed us. She pretended to get some papers, but she was watching us the whole time. My grandmother found what needed and headed to the front counter, where the lady now was sitting behind the counter. My grandmother talked about how pretty a shirt was, but the lady never moved. She put the grease down on the counter, the lady never moved. I started talking to her about the shirt she saw thinking maybe this would make the lady move, but it didn’t. She only moved her head as she watched us walk out the door. We won’t be back.

Lady in store was very rude she got mad because my daughter was looking for hair supplies and she was touching things(respectfully) I’ve always taught her that she can looks at things and touch but be very careful and respectfully when doing so, and then lady screamed at daughter for touching a HAIR BRUSH, staff was super rude do NOT buy here

If I could leave only one half of a star I would, staff is rude, Its been over a year since I shopped her and I'm never coming back. If you're black, the asians that work in the store will follow you around, watch your every mood automatically thinking you're going to steal. I don't need to steal anything, I got money. 😂

yes it had alot.of varieties of many things the lady was very friendly she even gave me a discount, i definitely will be back

If I could give this place half of a star I would this woman that works here is so rude,we couldn't understand her,when we asked her if she had something she looked at us and then went back to what she was doing,then she started yelling at us because we told her she doesn't have any business because she is so rude to the customers then she started shooing us like flies she was literally jumping up and down telling us to leave did I mention that place was smelly I promise u I will never go to that store again

Black people stop spending your money at places where the owners don’t make you feel welcome.
