Tanisha at the Benefit Brow Bar inside Ulta does an amazing job with brow waxing and services! She’s incredibly skilled at making brows look even, clean, and beautifully shaped. I’ve definitely noticed my face looking more symmetrical since going to her. I’ve had many brow waxes over the years, and Tanisha has been the best by far—highly recommend!

We had the BEST experience at Ulta today! Ava, Sawyer, and Caitlin went above and beyond to give us one-on-one foundation and makeup consultations. They shared expert tips, matched us with products that were perfect for our skin and complexions, and helped us stay within budget while still getting the most bang for our buck. ✨ Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also made us feel like the most special customers in the store. Their uplifting energy and fun personalities turned shopping into such a memorable experience. Thank you, Ava, Sawyer, and Caitlin, for making our visit so amazing—we’ll definitely be back! 💄💖

Julles and the makeup artist (can’t remember her name started with a k) were AMAZING! They took me as a walk in. Fixed my crazy hair, helped me feel beautiful, and left me feeling confident and happy. When I’m back in town I will always come back here to see them!

I visited this Ulta location today around 2:00 PM, excited to check out the new store. I was there to make an exchange as well. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by both the overall lack of customer service and a specific interaction with an associate that needs to be addressed by management. Upon entering the store, and walking through I was not greeted once. I can’t speak for all of the employees since the girls at the register were clearly busy, however several employees appeared disengaged—talking amongst themselves, sitting near the beauty service area, or seeming too bothered to assist customers. There was little to no proactive customer service happening on the floor. When I asked an associate (older female with wavy/curly hair in a bun, fixing her hair near the beauty service area) if the Kylie Skin Tint was available, she did not acknowledge me verbally and began walking towards the section without explanation. When I followed and explained that I needed to exchange for a better shade match, she attempted to "help," I was fine doing this on my own as I have experience but she stood there and hovered over me the entire time. As I am looking her tone quickly became short, dismissive, and condescending. She kept glaring at me while I was swatching, looking me up and down, and made unnecessary comments to me about how to swatch, responded sarcastically, and ultimately walked away mid-conversation. She made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am a professional makeup artist with 7 years of experience in beauty retail , and this interaction fell far below beauty industry standards. I have never treated a customer this way in my career. We are supposed to uplift others and help them along their beauty journey not bring people down. I can’t even imagine how she has treated others so far. I ended up leaving the store without doing my exchange. I will not be visiting this location again. This specific associate should be spoken to directly regarding appropriate customer communication, and this location as a whole would benefit from additional training on staff availability, engagement, and basic customer service expectations. I expect better from a brand like Ulta, especially from a new location.

I got my brows done by Tanisha at this location! She is amazing and makes your brows unique to your face shape! She is welcoming and always does amazing on my wax&tint at the Benefit Brow Bar!! Favorite Ulta location!!

Some of the absolute worst customer service I've experienced. I wanted to get some concealer for myself and asked if someone could help color match. Was at first told that no one could help me with that then had a very rude lady attempt to "help" by holding up the end of the box to my face and walking away after giving me two options to choose from. Neither one ended up matching when actually opening the bottle. Had several more questions about the rest of my makeup but she had no interest in helping. Would recommend driving up the road a little further to sephora where you can actually get assistance with buying makeup.

AMAZING! This is the best Ulta I’ve been to by far. It was so clean, bright, and organized and had such an amazing selection of products! I got help from Tristi, Sawyer, and Michelle who made my trip even better!
