I had a very unfortunate experience at this store. During our visit, The cashier wrongly accused us of stealing, which was not only embarrassing but completely uncalled for. To make things worse, an extra amount was added to our total at checkout, and although it was eventually corrected, no one offered an apology for the mistake or for the accusation. I understand errors can happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so that no one else has to go through the same experience.

They have pretty much everything you need for hair and beauty. But survice is generally poor. I would say that the managers/owners are the only people that provide poor service.

The owners are extremely rude and treat their employees very poorly! I used to shop here often but after going in there the last few times and seeing them be so disrespectful to their young employees I will be going somewhere else. No one should be treated the way they treat people! Its a shame they are still in business.

First time in, never again. The lady at the back counter is extremely rude.

Went here to find some hair accessories for an upcoming event; we stopped here first since it was close to home. We found the workers so be extremely rude, when asking the workers questions they seemed inconvenienced by our presence/ business. They were obviously annoyed by us being there, and would not give us the time of day. We ended up leaving after feeling so unwelcome. I was really disappointed as I was genuinely interested in buying a couple things from them, however changed my mind after how I was treated. I really hope they can work on some people skills. I was really upset after this experience as I have never been treated so terribly by a store/store employee.

Ive been going to this store since it opened. Literally. I've spent thousands of dollars here on everything from product, to make up, nails to hair extensions, make up to du rags. I've usually been satisfied with the products I bought, albeit on the cheap end, but you get what you pay for- and the staff has been pretty friendly (after getting to know me and seeing that I wont steal from them so they don't have to follow me around like they do everyone else). But regretfully, I went shopping there last month and when I got to the front the girl was new and they were getting a new system I guess- well they charged my card twice. I told them and showed them on my phone. He said come back tomorrow if it's not fixed. Which i did. It was 40 dollars that I didn't have for him to just take and expect me to be ok with it. He says he called his banker and they'd fix it. He said to file a dispute with my bank saying to stop the charge too (which was a complete joke on my banks end). He gave me an insultingly cheap bag (think the thin blue cloth ones at Walmart) and said that was for me because they messed up but it'd be fixed within 24 hours. Nice of him but really?? I had proof, just give me the 40 dollars that you guys screwed up. I had already driven there 3 times by now and wasted a bunch of time dealing with him "making calls". So, a month later and I still haven't been credited the money back- I havent been back to the store either, which i don't intend on going back- id rather drive to omaha. They have a mid ks that hasn't stolen from me. How i see it is if I stole 40 from you, you'd put my picture on your "wall of shame" you have displayed at the entrance of your store and I wouldn't be welcome back- probably arrested for petty theft. But if you steal 40 dollars from me, which i can and have proven- it's ok and you get away with it? The laws are screwed, and in my opinion, you're a thief. I'm sure you'll be able to sleep tonight non the less- but i did want to say thanks for stealing from me here on Google. And whoever else will let me review you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. SMH.
