Valley Beauty supply

I received the greatest perfume I have ever had the pleasure of smelling from this fine establishment. The owners were so unbelievably kind, the business was pristine and I will return as much as humanly possible for more of their services. Thank you so much to the Lee / Park family for their courtesy and hospitality!!! 10/10

I would highly recommend this beauty supply store to anyone in the area. Every time I visit, I’m warmly greeted and assisted without any issues. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, and I especially enjoy the Christian music playing it’s always very calming. I’ve tried other beauty supplies in the area, but this one is by far my favorite.

When I come here, it’s always a beautiful atmosphere. They are always so welcoming and helpful. They have everything at incredible prices. Accessories that are nice and facial care products that actually works! My GO TO!! Thanks Valley Beauty Supply for always being a step away ✨

Great prices and selection of hair beads! I use these for craft projects.

I have come to this beauty supply for a couple of years since living in Lewisville and never really had issues with there products and prices, however this establishment is not a comfortable place to shop. As a black women being followed around a store in this day and age of technology is not only a form of harassment but disrespectful. I came in to the empty store and spoke politely to the employees and was walking around looking for a specific product which they usually have but have moved things around recently. After finding the isle I needed I starting looking for my product but I must have been on the isle too long since the young girl working(That was originally behind the counter) came and stood at the end of the isle as if she was trying to fix product but I looked right at her since I felt her watching. After confirming she is an employee I just left with out making my purchases. With 3 employees at least in the store and visible cameras this was absolutely disgraceful and disgusting to be treated as if I am not a trusted customer. I would not be making this post if this was the only time this happened. This is the 3rd time each time I have let them know that I noticed them following me and left with no issues. For people that choose to shop here especially black people please pay attention and know you do not deserve that treatment. I went back because it is so close to my home but I will be making the trip to Jenny's or American beauty where i do not feel like anything less than a valuable customer.

Had a great experience. The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful, both at the cash register and helping out on the floor to pick the right merchandise. I also enjoyed the peaceful worship music playing in the background while shopping. 🙂 10/10 highly recommend!

Such a welcoming and caring store! My first time in Dallas and I am absolutely obsessed!! There are so many cute things and I'm so glad we came!!
