I called to make an appointment and Paula was quick, kind, and accommodating, working around my availability with ease. For anyone visiting for the first time: when you enter the Venus Salons building, turn right, then turn right again into the second hallway to find her suite #37. Upon arrival, Paula had me fill out an intake form that thoughtfully asked about things like breakout frequency and whether I prefer light or firm pressure for the massages, which I really appreciated. The head, face, neck, shoulder, and back massages she provides during the facial were so relaxing and absolutely worth it. Most places barely include massage during a facial and when they do, it’s usually at a much higher price point. After my 90-minute facial, my skin felt noticeably more hydrated, glowy, and even a bit more sculpted. Paula shared that she has over 20 years of experience, and it definitely shows. I’ll absolutely be visiting her again every time I’m back in Dallas!

I had such a wonderful skin care treatment with Paula! Her spa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a calming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away. Paula herself is incredibly kind and welcoming, and her knowledge about skin care truly shows. She explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience so comfortable. My skin feels amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and cared for. K Beauty Lab is amazing! I’ve had acne for a long time and nothing really worked, but after coming here my skin has gotten so much clearer. The products are super gentle and actually make a difference without feeling harsh. It’s also very comfortable and welcoming too, which makes the whole experience even better.

I went here with my mom on a Monday, and the service was phenomenal. We both got facial massages and the overall experience was so tranquil and nice. To start off, the interior when we walked in was minimal and just the right amount of decoration. When things are too chaotic around me, I struggle to be calm, but the minimal interior design did good in its part. The service was amazing, she is really good with her hands, and massaged all my sore areas. When I was finished, the puffiness in my face and neck all disappeared. I was also struggling with my blackheads, but now they are completely gone. She was very welcoming to both me and my mom, and the environment was so relaxing I slept through most of it even though I am usually a light sleeper. 10/10 experience. I would give them more stars if I could.

Wonderful experience here for my wife and I. It is actually located inside Timing Hair in case you can't find the sign. We got the deluxe and premium and felt super refreshed afterwards. It's important to note that it's only one lady doing both people, so for us it was closer to 2 hours before she finished everything for both. It was pretty nice to have all the facials, creams, massages, and care done with equipment you won't have at home. I asked for a firm massage and would go with soft next time as the face can be a sensitive area with the pressure points. The lady was very friendly and told us she has 24 years of experience. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go here for any special occasion or just because.

Definitely will be coming back! I had such a relaxing facial with and an amazing face and shoulder massage experience. I have sensitive skin that is acne prone with hyperpigmentation. All of my specific needs were met and exceeded my expectations! My skin was glowing when I left! Thank you!!!
