Mud & Lotus: Outdoor Soaking Tub and Sauna

My husband and I came here for a couples massage to celebrate my birthday and our first date night in three years, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We did not use the soaking tub or sauna — this review is only for the couples massage. Only one masseuse introduced themselves, and the masseuse working on me seemed inexperienced, barely communicated, and mostly just rubbed oil on me. She even rubbed my face with the same oily hands used on my body and sprayed something on my face without warning. She also stretched my arm in a way that was painful. The room was cold, the lights were bright (not dimmed at all), and halfway through the session the music stopped, so we could hear everything — cars outside, the phone ringing, conversations in the lobby, and the front door slamming. Our room was right by the entrance, so there was no privacy or relaxing atmosphere. The restroom was also disappointing: the door didn’t lock, there were dirty laundry baskets out in the open, and there were no paper towels — just one crusty, damp towel that looked unsanitary. The staff was friendly, but that was the only positive. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place for massage services.

I was gifted a "Melt me" package for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! The service was above and beyond, the space was clean and welcoming. The hot tub and sauna were super relaxing and my massage was the best massage I’ve ever had. 100% recommend this spa to anyone looking for some relaxation.

I absolutely love this spa I have tried most of the services. The cloud room, soak, sauna, no mud mask and best of all the massages. I love Brianda she's an excellent massage therapist her hands feel amazing and definitely one of the best massages I have ever had I only book with her only and she doesn't ever let me down. My favorite place for relaxation, I have been here for my birthday, ladies spa day with friends this is the perfect place to find relaxation!

A really beautiful, organic, down to earth space for healing. Everyone is so genuine, kind and calm. I felt at ease when I entered the doors. Treatments are soothing, authentic & restoring and the private zen garden in the back is such a hidden gem in the city. Really grateful I found fhis place. I feel reconnected to my soul, thank you.
