Smith's

Smith’s is my go-to grocery store. The store is clean, well organized, and always well stocked. The produce is fresh, prices are fair, and the weekly deals are great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick, even during busy hours. I also appreciate the fuel points program and the convenience of finding everything I need in one place. Overall, a reliable grocery store with good quality and consistent service. Highly recommend.

This review is for the management at this location. I was doing my regular shopping here and i overheard one of the managers, i believe her nametag read Jerilyn , speaking to an employee in a disrespectful manner in front of customers, i find it very inappropriate to do so in general but on the sales floor where your customers shop? atleast do it in private and in a professional manner , in additional i have noticed a shift in the way this store runs recently and the attitude of the employees seems more stressed then outgoing and happy like they usually are.

Im am a very consistent customer. I shop at smith almost everyday to the point many the cashiers know me and greet me with a smile and wave every time they see me…. Today was a different experience and I'm not to happy and i can honestly say im very sad that i was treated rudely over something so small as a little mis understanding… two of my items were displayed on sell for a cheaper price so i picked up a nice amount of them due to the sell… not to mention these were items I previously purchased two days before with the same sell’s price….I always see the Digital coupon but wasn’t properly informed how they work. No problem it was never an issue because the cashiers always just manually adjust it for me after i scam my smiths card.. So today it was my same routine as im checking out i started with my strawberries that displayed 1.99 and my drinks that displayed 10 for 10.00 i get the attention of my cashier ( Claudia ) to help adjust the price. She comes over attempt to help for some odd reason the coupon didn’t work from what she told me so she goes and get another cashier to assist… the cashier ( Cindy) comes over attempt to assist me and asked if i had a smith’s card which i did i scanned it ,and as I’m scanning i’m i simply just said i shop here all the time this is my homes Grocery store with a smile she proceeds to look at me with a dirty look and made a smart remark for no reason… i was a bit confused because i didn’t understand where that came from and then i was told the items are not on sell . so i proceeded to tell her can i show you , we walked over the thee aisle and she looks and tells me that the drinks that i chosen was not the ones on sell it was only one specific flavor…. And walked away… granted i was fine with that but it was her demeanor and attitude that i wasn’t comfortable with and as a manager myself at a hardware store customer service is very important…. You always show compassion, Respect, and keep it very professional under any circumstance… your never come out of character as long as you are on the clock.. if its something you cant fix you just simply go a get a supervisor to help…….So at the end of everything i just put all my items back not because of the price but simply because i didn't like how i was treated and i went and did my shopping at another grocery store… this goes to say i really hope it can be better training in the customer service area specifically with CINDY the cashier she was not nice at all….

This smith's is like visiting family members. Everyone is extremely helpful with my shopping list. On a scale of 1 to 10 star i give 12 I've been in Vegas for over 32 years and actually enjoyed each time I shopping this incredible store. Great job smith's $5MIKEY

Best grocery store. Friendly staff, and shelves are well stocked. Some prices are high, but that's ok as long as you're paying for premium product. Best fruit & veg of all the grocery stores

It really does feel like leadership shapes the entire experience in a store, and unfortunately that was very clear here. After dealing with three different employees, I asked to speak with the manager hoping things would improve, but that ended up being the biggest disappointment. By that point I had already spent nearly an hour shopping or I would have walked out. What made it more frustrating was that another customer ended up helping the cashier solve what was being treated as an "impossible" checkout. I left feeling let down and hoping they take a serious look at how management interacts with both staff and customers.
