Viva Beauty Supply

My sister in law and I love to go here! We travel about 2 hours! We always leave with way more than needed! Great prices! Great staff! We've never had any issues! Always someone willing to help with questions

They have a wide variety of products and accessories for almost everything when it comes to haircare and beauty culture

Beautiful experience. They have more variety and quality stuff than Harrisburg I prefer to drive a half hour to get here

We've been going here for years, they have a return /exchange policy that makes zero sense. I tried to return an unopened item that I bought just 3 days ago and it was able to be resold. I didnt need the item because of it being the wrong style. They could of even given me store credit to get the item I did want but they turned me away like I was trash. The Customer service here has gone down and the company makes me feel like they're only here for our money! In my retail experience when you accommodate your guest, they will always come back for more. So a meerly $5 item could of turned their sales into $10 because of impuse buy. 🙂 My advice to you. Make sure your 100% sure about your purchase because they will leave you feeling salty. They've officially lost me & my family as customers. Thank you.

I bought a wig that had defects. I wanted my money back because I like my wigs to look perfect and mine had knots in them. I had an event today and they refused to let me get a refund.

It’s a shame that such big store does not have bathrooms for customers

My friend bought a wig from here that was messed up and the owner refused to talk to her. Very rude customer service. Very rude owners. They have lost our whole friend group of about 25 people who shopped their we will no longer be going there for wigs.
