At first I was so scared of having blonde highlights I did them with an older lady and my hair never grew and the blonde washed out quick with Lizzette Rodriguez my hair grows back 2 times quicker and healthier I never have to worry about my blonde turning orange.miss Lizzette is very talented and very quick and efficient with her work she can do your hair fast with wonderful quality.shes very friendly and good to talk to so I never feel the need to be nervous the first time I went she opened me with welcome arms and I never looked back I am a loyal customer to her because she’s never disappoints.I will always recommend Lizzette Rodriguez because she always comes thru and very available, her flexibility is amazing because she’s able to do my hair on my time and schedule and always happy to help.last but not least many worry about cost and I would’ve never thought I would get such great quality for such a good price I hope yall book with Lizzette she will not disappoint!

Have to share with yall! I found Ashleigh Shay through a FB post in Lakeland for hair stylist. I made an appointment. And was so pleasantly surprised by how well she highlighted my hair. She was knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted. I highly recommend you booking an appointment with her. You will not be disappointed.

I went to see Ashleigh to go jet black because my hair faded sooo much and she killed it. I also asked for long layers with face framing pieces and it turned out so perfect. My confidence level is up! I recommend everyone to go to her!! Plus she’s so fun to talk to, the appointment flew by so quick.

Book w Ashleigh, I’ve never had a stylist do my hair before and I went in w home dyed hair and she fixed it. I’ve never left somewhere so confident, she was super gentle and reassuring. I love my hair

On Saturday, January 18th, I booked an appointment to get my hair done for a special event. Upon arrival, I showed multiple photos of a simple knot updo, and the hairstylist immediately became stand off-ish. After one hour of being in a chair, the woman put my hair up and took it down 4-5 times. During this, she, and other hairstylists kept moving my hair in multiple directions and seemed to not know what they were doing. Mind you, a knot updo should take 45-60 minutes tops. By one hour, she openly spoke about how she does not like to do updo hairstyles and was not good at them. I’m confused why she is qualified to do it, but casually states she doesn’t know how to. At this point, I’m getting nervous, and she asks two other hairstylists for help. They also complain that they hate updos and are not good at them straight to my face. She begins braiding my hair, doing a completely different hairdo, and when I say that I do not want braids, she undos them roughly out of frustration. After one and a half hours, she asks MY friend for her big scrunchy and begins wrapping my hair around it and ‘finishes’. As a cherry on top, she begins putting pins in the updo that I did not approve and would not match my dress or jewelry. I told her I didn’t want the jewels/pins and she said "I promise you won’t even notice, it looks fine", and leaves them in anyways. I’m choking back tears after the stress of their conversations about their incompetency to do the job she was assigned and that I am now late to my event. Why would your employees openly say they can’t do something, when their profile says they can? Why are they taking my friends scrunchy to do their job? Why did they add pins/jewels without my consent? I have never had a worse experience at Ulta or ANY hair salon like this. I implore management to check cameras on Saturday, January 18th between 11:10-12:45 to see just how qualified and professional the employees YOU hired are. PSA TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN GETTING THEIR HAIR DONE AT THIS SALON-DONT DO IT. They are unqualified and unafraid to say it to the customer! I paid to be polite, but I beg anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Illianys was my hairstylist and the two others are unknown, but I’m sure schedule records can show the others who were involved. The photos attached is the hairstyle I asked for, and the result of their ‘hard work’. Unacceptable.

Angie did a great job on my hair. Gave me a more natural looking color & an amazing cut. My hair is thick & hard to manage but she textured it so well! I love love love it.
