I left this store 2 hours ago or more and I can’t stop thinking about how amazing the staff and atmosphere was! The employees truly make the place what it is. The vibe here is better than the others (sorry not sorry). I’ve been here and to other locations many times as a loyal Ulta customer, and the Parkside Drive crew has yet to be beat on their incredible customer service. From the moment you walk in until you step outside, you know you’re getting the most attention and assistance. They go the extra mile every time for every request. They are always smiling and laughing, and thankfully it’s contagious! Today (1/28/26) I had went in after a doctor’s appointment that was long and full of unfortunate news. I walked in, I’m sure, with a big ole frown on my face, but I left giggling after showing an employee pictures of my parrot, haha! I was helped in many ways: directions to product locations, finding a suitable color match, replacements, product questions, recommendations, and even assistance with my account when checking out. I was complimented even when I felt like crumpled garbage. The store was clean and stocked as well. Good job everyone! Thanks for creating such an amazing environment.

I went shopping at Ulta Beauty today and had an exceptional shopping experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the convenient parking and the inviting storefront. Inside, I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly associate who made finding the perfect gifts effortless. The staff’s expertise and genuine willingness to help truly set the location apart. The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which made my visit enjoyable. Kristin McDevitt, hairstylist and colorist, did a fabulous job on my hair today. She listens and gave me her full attention. I highly recommend her!!

I was in at the store yesterday for over 40 minutes working with associates to obtain all the items needed for myself and my two girls when the power went out. Understandably, we had to leave the building. On the way out, the associates had us write down our names and phone numbers and stated they would call us when the power returned to let us know when we could obtain our items. The manager and associate at the front counter assured us they would hold our items for us due to the circumstances. I returned early the next day to be told by the same manager that not only did they not call anyone, but they also put everyone's items back on the shelf. The only solution the manager offered was to have an associate assist me in re-shopping for all the items again and spend another 40 minutes shopping. I asked her why they bother asking us to give our phone numbers if they were not going to use them and lie to us about holding items. She stated they must have done it yesterday after she left at 4 PM, which is not an excuse. I had nearly $300 in that basket and another $30 in my hand that I was prepared to purchase there today, but due to the manager either lying yesterday or not knowing her own store's policies of her store, she lost out on my family's purchases at her specific store. Please retrain your Management staff so they can correctly inform shoppers on what the true policies are when issues arise.

I always have such a great experience at Ulta! The staff are super welcoming from the moment you walk in and the salon team really knows what they're doing. I got my hair done here recently and left feeling so confident ! They actually listened to what I wanted and made sure the color and cut fit me perfectly!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Vanessa at the MAC counter, she was absolutely amazing! The store itself can be hit or miss when it comes to being fully stocked, but Vanessa completely made up for it. I came in having no idea what I needed or even what I wanted, I just knew I needed something. Vanessa took the time to really help me figure it out. She sat me down, walked me through everything, tried on different products, took them off, and started again until we found what was perfect for me. Her patience, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference. She got me set up with everything from skincare to foundation and everything in between. It’s been months since my visit, and I still think about how great she was. Thank you, Vanessa, you turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into an amazing experience!
