SEPHORA at Kohl's

i went yesterday to find a concealer that doesn’t crease too bad with my under eyes and the guy who helped me (wish i got his name but he was wearing gauges, all i could remember) was seriously so good at recommending products and you could tell he knew what he was talking about! he said the current moisturizer i use was probably too heavy for my under eyes and recommended an eye cream and helped match my shade to a new concealer. day 1 of using the new combo and i swear my skin has never looked better! thank you mystery sephora worker!

Where do I even begin? Ive visited the store 3x in the last 2 months trying to get my foundation but it is NEVER in stock. The last time, I figured I might as well order it to be delivered but couldnt even find a staff member for over 30min to help. Even the Kohls staff couldnt locate the Sephora employee. More then 3 people were waiting for the Sephora worker and eventually we ALL gave up and left. I again, tried to give Sephora my business but figured Id call the location first, to even see if it is in stock yet. I waited for 9min on hold for a sephora worker to take my call, nobody answered. Eventually a Kohls staff answered and apologized for them leaving my call on hold for so long...this sweet girl, WROTE down my foundation type and shade and physically went to search the store for it herself...and low and behold, it is STILL not in stock. I went online, paid an additional $7 for shipping and Im having it delivered next month. However, this will be my last dollar spent here. Off to find a drugstore dupe...I shouldnt have to work this hard to spend money in any business.

No stars, the first time I went in the ladies kept following me around as though I was stealing, never asked if I needed help and then when I went to check out the lady was so rude. I decided to spend the rest of my money on the Sephora app. Unfortunately one of the products I odered was faulty, so I called this Sephora just to be told I cant return it at the store because they are inside Khols so somehow they cant help their customer? Online or not, you are Sephora correct? I called customer service and was told this is in fact true. Which makes no sense. BUT none the less the ladies inside this Sephora at Khols in Kenosha are unbelievably rude.

Im noticing i had a very very similar experience at this location as other guests, i also noticed they were greeting everyone but me. And i spent about 20 minutes investigating (because it's new and much bigger than the other one) and honestly didn't find anything that peaked my interest.. but i also had a coupon to use and showed the asct the coupon on my phone and she took it with her to the registerrr without asking me, so I'm following trying to politely get my phone back while she's telling me that my coupon won't work, that's fine, but don't walk away with my 1200$ phone thanks. Eventually when i did tall to the workers they are rather nice but very very chatty, which is fine but chatty in the wrong way. And there was a guest who asked if they carried Becca, and she said no we don't, without telling her that Becca is discontinued or even trying to help her find something else. I mean this in the nicest way, but that's kind of poor customer service, saying it from a person who works in customer service. Thankfully it did have a nice range of prouducts that location, but the girls working were really...ej.... i honestly felt a little judged and as if they were talking about me with how they stared, just because i came in at 11 am in sweatpants, doesn't mean im stealing or ignorant to how cosmetics work (evidence a being my pfp) but i had also just gotten off work, so i really wasn't here to be started at.

Absolutely horrible… the two girls working were too busy using all the makeup . The both saw me and looked at me and didn’t even say a word to me, not even a hi. They saw me looking around because I couldn’t find what I was looking for and still didn’t say anything to me. Then thought I could just check out in Sephora. Nope couldn’t , didn’t want to interrupt them while they were playing dress up. What was really gross was they were putting on the lip gloss or lip stick and was using the wand out of the tester 🤢🤢 I don’t usually ever shop at Sephora but thought I give it a shot instead of going to Ulta. No thanks, I won’t be back.

Karol is so helpful!! Especially when sending my boyfriend to pick stuff up😂 we both appreciated her help! She even gave him samples when I they didn't have my color in stock!

I miss the sephora by JC Penney.... this place is some kind of joke right, Ashton.... Ashton... come out here! The employees are rude, not helpful at all, and I will never shop here again. I'll be at Ulta if you need me... Sephora come get your kid, they're wack!
