SEPHORA at Kohl's

Too small of a selection to even call it a store. Then the products they do have displayed they don’t have in stock. Very disappointed. How do you shade match when even the displays are all empty?

Absolutely terrible!!!! I have no idea what the thought was when they did this. There are a few small shelves with a VERY limited selection. Then just tell you to drive to Knoxville because they have a bigger selection. I absolutely love the Knoxville store because it is HUGE and does have everything there. I just don’t want to drive 1hr 1/2 just to go to Sephora

Selection is super small I could only find like 2 brands for eyeshadow. Jc mall location was wayyyyyy better when it was open. They also don’t have birthday rewards and offer 250 Sephora points instead.

i’m sorry but this is the most pathetic store i’ve ever seen. There are about 5 shelves halfway filled with a random assortment of makeup. I wanted to get a foundation sample but they only carried 3 brands of foundation. From what I can tell, they do not have dedicated Sephora employees who are knowledgeable about makeup/ color matching. You have to get a Kohls employee to answer questions. Why is this even open? Save yourself a trip and order online.

I called to see if they were still open, because I heard that they closed. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. I thanked her and she hung the phone up. Sephora is known for its terrible customer service, I guess they’re not trying to do anything to combat that.

Went there to buy perfume walked around looking for people that worked at the Sephora desk, hit the fragrance buzzer that was dangling. Still no one came. Wasted 30 minutes just hanging around. Not sure why they even offer a Sephora here if there isn’t anyone working?

Wish we could just get a freestanding store already… 🥺 This Sephora has a VERY VERY limited selection. It’s very small and there are not a lot of brands to choose from, perfumes/colognes, or skin care.The location that used to be in JC Penney was 10x better than this new one. Extremely disappointed. And if you have a Sephora Credit card, they do not accept them. Only Kohls credit cards.
