The new management is great! Mike/Kitana who was running the front was genuinely so nice and helpful. The store itself is well stocked and the customer service and considerate kindness they offer is well worth it 🩵 10/10 recommend

I am so glad they came in and fixed this store. I think it's the same owners of all the other *good* hair stores in the area (hanging moss, i-55, clinton, etc) This place is great and the employees are sweet and helpful. I'm so happy it's right around the corner from me 😂 I was so sad when this store went down to basically nothing, now they're back and better than ever!

They had what I wanted everytime I go there

So they used to not have much in there and I guess they’re under new management. It looks better, there’s new shelves and all, but unfortunately It’s way over priced. I understand with the new renovations and products they need to make their money back lol but I can’t get jiggy with the prices.

Never really need the hair store until my stylist is out of town or overbooked. So unfortunately I came to this location on a Friday afternoon. I went back to exchange an item the next day & I was told by staff that I’m not able to exchange or get a refund until the "BOSS" is there!!! I never been to an establishment that conducts business like that! It’s ridiculous & I was not notified of these rules at checkout. If you don’t trust your employees don’t hire them!!! I work & I can’t come back when the "BOSS" decides to come in!!!

I purchased a Dr. Miracles perm. The perm was old and didn't break down my hair. I called the store and the worker stated they just got those perms. She made up an excuse and didn't try to compensate me. Poor customer service. If a customer has a compliant fix it.

Absolutely poor customer service . They don’t offer to help customers & very rude . First the employee lies about the manger being there . The manager claims she scared of COVID & she can’t issue refunds . As I enter the store she have no mask on and touches all of my items. I just wanted to return the braiding hair that had never been open . I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN . SHE HIRE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS & bad management !
