They revamped this location to a full self serve checkout that so much faster! The new layout makes it so easy to compete one loop and leave with what you need!

The people are kind a and the items I get are good and I can find them easily with the help from the employees, but I think they should open more cashier registers on the line because their be too many people in the line. Other than that it’s good to go there

Absolutely Horrid Store, this location doesn’t need new management but training!! I called and pressed 0 for the operator and they picked up and hung up, 3 TIMES! Worst customer service yet, I know it’s Jackson Mississippi but there should be some level of professionalism out here!! On top of how dirty and nasty the store is, trash and expired food on the shelf’s and on the side of the building!

I was warmly greeted by the employees and offered assistance in finding what I needed. When I reached the checkout area, I was welcomed with friendly smiles. I had a question at the kiosk, and one of the clerks kindly and patiently helped me.

I have never seen restrooms in a Walmart as grimy as this one. I used the one that is located by electronics section and the smell is not only putrid but it look like nobody actually cleans anything…

I went back to exchange a air mattress I had just bought 2 days before. I couldn’t make the exchanged because apparently there is no one to work in customer service at all. This is ridiculous for me and my child to have to sleep on the floor because this Walmart is not properly staffed.There was a lady with braids and black edged glasses and a lady with 2 gold teeth standing in the check out section talking doing nothing at all but could help me in customer service. This is unprofessional and unacceptable and I will be obtaining both of their names and reporting directly to corporate.

Great location! Always can find parking. Fast check out Pretty good selection. Shelves well stocked. Friendly service. Clean store. Clean parking lot. Active security. Always police in lot & lots of firemen shop here.
