Glow + Flow Beauty

I took my daughters here to stock up on hair products for their dance performances and the customer service was superb! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who helped us, but I got this sweet picture after our shopping spree. He was playing Tony! Toni! Tone! "Anniversary" when we walked in, so I already knew we chose right. Thanks for the memorable experience.

They have an incredible selection of products. I absolutely love that it's really Black Owned. Not black ownish or black owned adjacent. The staff is super helpful and professional. I don't care if I have to pay more, It's my go-to supply store! But all in all the prices are great.

The beauty supply stock itself has a lot to offer but this review is based on my experience dealing with the one of the owners. I came in looking for clip-in extensions and was browsing the wall with different hair types (braiding hair, bundles, etc.). A male employee approached me and immediately asked if I was looking for a wig—without asking if I needed help or what I was shopping for. It felt like an unnecessary assumption and left me uncomfortable. I expected a more respectful, customer-centered approach. I won’t be returning.

Great atmosphere and even better customer service. The ladies were friendly, patient and took their time to answer all my questions.

Great customer service and not only gave me different price point options for the product I needed but also showed me natural hair care options. I’ll definitely be back.

I visited the previous beauty supply store years ago, but unfortunately moved to the Valley. Beauty supplies are few and none where I currently live, so when I was in the area I decided to stop back in to grab so essentials. And I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff Yordanos who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’d know Yordanos from my last visit and she is always so caring and helpful. The store had an extensive range of products, catering to every beauty need imaginable. Whether you're a skincare enthusiast, makeup lover, or haircare aficionado, they have something for everyone. Often times I cannot find every single thing I need at one location, but at Glow and Flow everything I need is on hand! The layout was clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and they even had some great deals and promotions going on. They even carry their own brand of braiding hair which is super soft and very easy on the hands when using. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Glow and Flow, and I can't wait to go back for more beauty essentials!

Absolutely 💯 enjoyed my time at BOTH locations. Still can't believe I was in the store for two hours! Definitely a unique shopping experience. Almost felt like I was in a lounge hanging out. Highly recommend this store for all your hair and beauty needs!
