Yes. I was JUST there. At 5:40 pm and the doors were LOCKED AND CLOSED. The hours state til 6pm they close. It’s frustrating when you guys do this! Then you guys state that the doors close 10 mins before and BOOM CLOSED A WHOLE 20 mins earlier????????? Yea. NO.

I've been going to this beauty supply for the past four years and it's been my go to!! But today I had an awful experience with the cashier working there today. I was shopping around 3:40 pm and I had lots of items I wished to purchase. I let the cashier know that I'll be doing MULTIPLE transactions and I'm guessing her didn't hear me well. As we got to the second transaction, she started scanning what I didn't place for her to scan and I let her know nicely that certain items were going to be separate. With a big nasty attitude she said that I told her it'll only be two transactions, putting words into my mouth. I didn't want to fight her over her inattentiveness so I stayed shut. I hope that the owner gives her proper retail training on how to treat and welcome customers! It's unacceptable to make a customer feel unwelcome and mostly to put words into their mouth. It's not the first time I've encountered this specific cashier, any time she's been there I always am met with an attitude, today was just worst!!! Also I think it's only normal to start making cashiers ask customers for their phone numbers since they have their own phone number point system.

I ordered a pressing comb from this company and they sent me the wrong pressing comb. When I returned it, there was a disclaimer that stated that the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Why should I pay for a mistake that they made. At any rate, I sent it back and I just will not order from them again.

I love shopping here! Have good prices and the people are always willing to help! Plus if you shop often you can create a loyalty account with them and receive discounts after so many purchases.

The customer service has gotten a lot better and I always find some really cute twenty dollar wig They have a lot of products for natural hair and also if you're a professional thank you view 10% off.

I absolutely love this beauty supply. They are friendly and helpful. They have expensive and inexpensive hair (like $20 wigs inexpensive). Also Basket Beauty have a frequent customer rewards system where you get points under your name and number each time you shop, when you accumulate enough points you get money off of your next purchase if you choose to cash in on the points. My last visit I received $20 off my entire purchase. Check them out in the Wood!

The prices are right because they're in the same circuit as the beauty club however, their internet goes down and you cannot pay with a debit card. We discussed if that was delivered to make you bring in cash. I do not roll with cash.
