Eve Pink

I signed up for email notifications when an item was out of stock. Within the hour, it sells out online, which is fine of course. I look through the online listing on their website and it doesn’t really specify if the online inventory is different from in-store, just that the prices could vary in-store. I decide to call the phone number listed on here. It connect with an employee that states they’re Eve Pink Bellaire and I ask if the item is available online only or if they have any in stock in-store. Literally "Hi! Do you guys have *X* in stock in store or is it online only?". I hear buttons pressed on the other end. I assume she’s transferring the call, but whatever. Not a big deal. It’s quiet for a moment, I say "hello?". It’s the same person saying "Eve Pink Bellaire" super quick. I ask my question again. She hangs up on me immediately after. God forbid I want to find out if it’s online only when I live 40 minutes away, one-way, not accounting for traffic. I would’ve gone right after clocking out or even taken PTO. I like supporting locally owned businesses, but I hate when I receive rude customer service like that. A simple "no, it’s online only" would’ve been enough. It was just so unnecessary. I’m not going out of my way and wasting gas money for that.

I went here on 10th October. Lady in the store didn't even talk to me after asking for a bigbang lightstick. She didn't really even tell me my total for 2 albums. I had to figure it out, $44. Eve Pink, please do better with your staff!!

Friendly staff and very clean. This shop is inside the Belleair Hmart. Walk into Hmart and turn right. They're at the end. They have a good variety of light sticks and album, as well as stickers and Keychain, etc..

I can’t believe there’s a K-pop store here! I love this store so much. It has K-pop CDs, some merch, stationary, and some cute accessories. The only thing is that this store is inside of Hmart and is not very big, so it can be a tight squeeze if it’s a crowded weekend.

Directly Inside H mart to the right. Nice little shop. Staff was super sweet and helpful. And H mart has everything you need too

Nice kpop shop tuns of different groups & choices. So many great albums, lightsticks, magazines, gifts and collectibles. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

This place is super cute. I'm not a big kpop fan but this merch seems to be notch. I love the adorable accessories
