I made the trip to this location for a brand I consistently use, only to learn they are in the process of phasing it out(not true). Thankfully, another associate with beautiful pink nails went above and beyond by looking up the product and confirming it was available online. I ultimately waisted gas by placing my order online and do not plan to return to this location.

I come to this Ulta location pretty often since it's so close to my house. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I came in during the week of Black Friday and the young lady checking me out (her name was Jessica) was very helpful. I couldn't find the product I was looking (TOUCH hand sanitizer) and she went and found it for me. I appreciated her doing that.

Alejandra in the check out is always super sweet and welcoming, she always ensures a smooth check out! I appreciate the help in cosmetics as well, they’re all very knowledgeable and have friendly faces so it’s never intimidating nor unwelcoming!

I called and spoke to a manager about the return policy. Everything was fine until I told her I would come to her specific location to do the return. I’m a loyal Diamond member and a human being who is worthy of respect. Don’t act like you’ve never returned anything to a store yourself. If I’m being nice, the least you can do is be nice in return. After all, you’re the one in customer service, not me.

I had a very disappointing experience with a stylist named Kaitlyn U. at this Ulta location due to lack of price transparency, poor communication, and unsatisfactory results. I booked an Express Keratin Treatment for $100. At no point during booking did it state there would be an additional charge for long hair. The website does not mention this either, and neither the stylist nor anyone else warned me beforehand. I have very long hair and have had this exact treatment done multiple times at this same Ulta with other stylists, and I was never charged extra. Those appointments took longer, my hair was styled, and the results lasted for a long time. When I arrived and confirmed the service, Kaitlyn clearly saw my hair length while brushing it but said nothing about additional pricing. Midway through the treatment, she suddenly told me she was going to charge more because my hair was "too long" and then raised the price from $100 to $300. This is something that should be discussed before starting a service, not halfway through. I spoke to another employee, who went to the manager. The manager adjusted the price to $213, but when I specifically asked her to explain how the pricing works, since online it never states that stylists charge extra for long hair and the stylist never warned me, she could not explain it. All she kept repeating was, "Well, she does have long hair," without explaining how that justifies changing the price mid-service. After the price was changed, the service was switched from an Express Keratin Treatment to a Regular Keratin Treatment, which is supposed to take around 3 hours. Despite this, the stylist rushed through my hair and finished in about 2 hours. She kept insisting I look at how "soft" my hair was, but the results did not last at all. My hair quickly became a mess and went back to how it was before the treatment. At this point, I believe I should receive a refund or at least a discounted, properly done Express Keratin Treatment. I specifically booked and agreed to the $100 service, and even after being charged $213, the treatment was rushed, did not last, and my hair does not look good. I should not be paying $213 for a service that was not done correctly and did not meet the expected results. When other stylists at this same location have done my keratin treatments, they took their time, never charged extra for my hair length, styled my hair, and the results lasted for a long time. This experience was confusing, unfair, and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend booking with this stylist.

This location always provides the worst customer service and terrible shopping experience. My pickup order was not double checked when I picked it up. The woman helping me was dry and rude even after I asked her how her day was. I got no greeting, no thank you. She just handed over my order and continued on. I got home and saw that three of my items were already opened and used. It looked like it was taken from the display. When I returned to the store the sales floor manager with the long nails, thick coke bottle glasses and disgusting attitude made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. There was no apology or any real communication. She looked to see if they had any others in stock only to find out they didn’t . She then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to just go ahead and keep the used products. I declined that bogus offer and requested a refund. She was rude and dry the entire transaction and even got an attitude when I was confused about the refund process. After she felt like she "checked me" she ended the interaction with a quick sorry for the inconvenience and continued on her way. Why does ulta continue to hire mean, miserable people at this specific location? Who is the hiring manager? Do y'all need help with customer service training? Because you can’t convince me that Ms. Coke bottle frames gave bubbly and friendly in her interview. She simply lacks customer service and a positive attitude. I will hate this location forever and will go ahead and drive the extra distance to another Ulta.
