I went into this establishment on 8/23/25 to buy some of their 100% human hair that they sell for quick weaves and turns out the hair was mixed with synthetic hair. I went to get my hair done for my birthday and spent $250 to get it done, just for her to start flat ironing my hair and it started melting onto the flat iron and she refused to continue doing my hair. I immediately called them and demanded a full refund, they said the hair shouldn't be melting and the manager wouldn't be in the store until the upcoming Tuesday, but she will call her and see if she would give me a call. After a couple of hours went by, i heard nothing back, so i decided to drive back to the store. Once i arrived and retold the story, the girl in charge said there was nothing she can do, she also said "it was not her problem " despite i just spent almost $600 for nothing, and had a dinner to be appear at for my birthday in a few hours. She also said that in order to get the refund, i would have to return the hair to them after knowing that the hair purchased from them was for a quick weave, which means the hair is glued to my head and will take days loosen up. At this point, i have never felt so neglected. i also offered for them to test it and flat iron it while i was there, they refused until the manager was there on TEUSDAY. They had no compassion for my ruined birthday or that i had to go my whole birthday weekend with stiff tangled up synthetic hair. When i finally went into the store and spoke to the Owner, by then the hair was pretty oily and she tried to use a flat iron that was not hot to test it, that didn't even show the temperature. She said she wouldn't be able to give refund if it didn't melt and she laughed, as if i was lying. When i went home, i tried to flat iron it again and strands were still melting as if it was a bland of human hair and synthetic, not as bad as it was when the hair was clean. At that point i didn't feel the owner would give the refund and i gave. But they will never see my face there every again and i will never send any clients there again. That was $600 down the drain and stiff itchy hair for my birthday.

Great customer service, horrible business practices! I recently purchased 4 bundles of hair and they are cutting the bundles in half to make it appear as a full bundle. I’ve been purchasing hair for a very long time and know what a full bundle of 16 inches look and feels like. They did the same with the 18 inches I purchased. I took a video but Google doesn’t allow videos but you can see in the photo that it’s cut in half but is missing some weft for 16 inches. If you’re experiences in purchasing hair, you know the shorter the length, more weft you get. It’s super disappointing that they are doing this but I’m not surprised, SMDH!

I bought 2 bundles had it installed and the shedding was horrific, every time I brushed my hair it came out, when i washed it, tangled so very bad. I told the owners about the shedding and they did nothing. I’ll never go back to purchase hair again.

I recently moved here from Palm Springs and am going about work of finding replacements for my favorite businesses. They had a visitor but obvious friend who'd stopped by. I was happy to hear a language familiar to me. They greeted me and were attentive in a friendly, welcoming way. I'm African American. I have two more businesses to check out. They just happened to be the closest. Great product staging and marketing!

I had a good experience in this store. The store was clean, organized, I was able to move about with ease, The young male employee was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He may be the store's best asset! Prices are fare and comparable. I would recommend coming here for your beauty items!👍🏼

Two stars because the customer service is great! But the last time I purchased some hair it didn't take long for it to begin shedding and tangling. It used to be good quality but I'm not sure what happened.

I have always gotten my hair from this place, moved out of town 5 years ago. Came back and was excited about getting my hair that was good quality back then. Was telling my friends about it, when I came back. This time I was highly disappointed, payed about $500 and sum change for 3 bundles, to have it tangled badly and hair was all on the floor from shedding and just simple brushing. Will never come back spent too much money, not to get quality and hair coming out within the first week.
