I had an AMAZING experience thanks to two wonderful workers Diamond and Jhada. They were so very helpful and patient with me. I am a still a beginner in the makeup scene, but with their help, my makeup has come out so beautiful and perfect. Again, I am SO SO SO appreciative of these amazing Ulta workers. Definitely deserve a raise and a shoutout!!!

I had an amazing experience with Havana at Ulta! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect powder and other makeup products that truly fit my needs. She took her time, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Her patience, knowledge, and dedication made my visit exceptional. Highly recommend seeing Havana if you want personalized, thoughtful help!

This review is for the salon. I booked a haircut with an elite stylist. The cut itself is fine and good; the reason for the 3 stars is because by the end of the appointment I felt gaslit and like she didn’t listen to what I wanted. I went in wanting a bob/lob. I showed her a number of inspiration photos and pointed to one that had the length I wanted (touching the shoulders). She had me show her with my fingers what length I wanted. So as she was working I noticed it seemed longer (collar bone length), so I asked, "Is this the length?" And asked if she can go shorter. Her response was confusing: "Well that’s a whole different haircut. This is why we do the consult at the beginning." I was already feeling very anxious and so I didn’t argue, but it wasn’t the length I voiced I wanted in the consult. I left feeling confused. Did I not communicate clearly enough? Did she not communicate clearly enough? The cut itself was fine and good, but I don’t think it’s worth the cost I paid for an elite stylist. Next time I will go to my old stylist. She takes a lot longer, but she is very meticulous and listens, checking in with me multiple times throughout the haircut. And it literally costs the same amount of money.

I walked up as the employee was locking the door at 6pm. I asked if I could buy a GC and she said it was a security issue to let me in. There were still customers shopping inside. I understand having to close on time but having some sympathy or not being a robot goes a long way. I worked all day and wanted to grab a GC for my daughter for her birthday. I didn't want to "shop". It's like they can't think for themselves, very sad. I guess that's what I get for shopping corporate America. Looking back at the reviews, it seems this location has an issue with CS. Maybe the store manager should be switched out??

I arrived as the doors were opened. Plenty of staff and I quickly found what I needed. I stopped in the restroom. There were 2 Hispanic ladies at the sink. Looked like they were just hanging out in there. After I used the bathroom they were still there. They kept talking in Spanish and I couldn’t wash my hands because they were in my way. It’s flu season so I try to be very aware of everyone’s space. Then I went to the register. Only one cashier and she was on the phone. She never said Good Morning until I spoke first. After making my purchase she never said thank you. Horrible customer service. I’m guessing the Hispanic ladies were employees 🤷‍♀️
