I generally have very pleasant experiences in this store. The customer service today was not on point. I was in the store atleast 15 minutes before I walked after not being helped. Tip...you don't ask customers what they need as they are walking out. I could have been a secret shopper! Any other time the staff are more on point.

Mr. Sam & his family have always been kind to me and my staff. Yesterday was a testament to his great serivce. He so graciously opened his store to allow me to host a photo shoot for Salon Crie and it was amazing. I honestly knew I didn't want to shoot anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

They have everything I’m looking for! Moved here from ATL and could find no beauty supply that has EVERYTHING IM LOOKING FOR! They have it! I LOOOOVE THIS PLACE! I come from Waaaay across town just to come here! Keep it up guys!🙏🏾❤️

I wanted to do something different with my hair. I had a vision of what I wanted & the color. My daughter went with me to look around. We got towards the back of the store and BOOM! There it was! A burgundy ponytail! The bonus was-- there was a "bang" attached. Yep, an actual ONE PIECE ponytail and bang! Winner Winner! We placed it in the buggy and began looking for more items. We had SEVERAL questions and the staff was more than willing to assist. They weren't pushy nor did they have an attitude. Each time they'd ask, "Can I help you find anything else?" So of course, I continued to ask where other items were. Twice, they had to go get that ladder thing, but not ONCE did they feel "bothered" by helping us! I will definitely be going back there! I ended up purchasing that ponytail AND a whole lot more! I was able to style my burgundy ponytail and attached bang in THREE different styles over the weekend. I got LOTS of compliments! ☺️

For decades, Sam and his family have created a welcoming and safe space where everyone can shop comfortably for all their hair care needs. The store is well-organized, wheelchair accessible, and offers plenty of parking. Their prices are competitive, and the staff is always respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s more than just a beauty supply store — it’s a place built on care, consistency, and community.

This place has everything you need! Hair supplies, makeup, nail care items, lashes, barber tools, and so much more. The store is kept immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I truly love going here to get my baby's hair supplies. If I can think it, they have it! I love Unique hair! *pictured is a set of fake nails I got from there! $8.00 lasted 10 days!

Store not crowded, only second time visiting, has large range of hair/some body products went in got me 2pk of braiding hair with 3 bundles in it $4.99 ea. which is a good deal I've seen in the other stores also but I like the fact of getting more than 1 bundle in a pk & you don't have to worry about keep dropping them. They also have a great selection of wigs😊 Will be going back!
