Went in to return an online purchase. I bought the Valentino Ivory perfume but I realized upon opening that it was not the scent that I had wanted. I wanted the Ivory Roma perfume. The first lady that helped me was surprised at me returning it and I went on to explain the mix up & try to explain the differences. She quickly realized, as i did, that the smells were vastly different. During this a lady name Ree walked up and the first lady tried to hand the box of perfume I had bought to this Ree. I then stated, that was mine, I was making a return. The first girl apologized. Ree went on to question my return. I said I wanted the girl one and she argued that it was but it was more masculine. I repeated that it wasn’t the one I wanted. that I wanted the more feminine one. She essentially argued with me about what i wanted. Then ended it with "it’s viral" in a crappy tone and walked away. I made my return. First girl was apologetic of her mistake and Ree’s attitude. I then went to go by my children and sister when i was done. Only to have it brought to my attention that Ree was following them around. She asked them multiple times if they needed help to which they answered no. We continued to look at the perfumes and she did it again. & then proceeded to whisper into her little mic about us. So on top of treating me like crap and being argumentative she then racially profiled my entire family. I have been a Diamond member for years. Which equates to thousands of dollars. I will not return unless Ree is no longer there

Booked a haircut with Katlin V., and she was incredible! She looked at my inspo pins and perfectly recommended a cut that suited my face shape and framing. I’m obsessed with the result. I also love how easy it is to book online and get in the same day. 5/5 stars ✨ I’ll definitely be back, thank you, Katlin!💕

I stopped in a couple months ago around April and got the best help ever from a couple girls when shopping for makeup and finding a new perfume. I stop back in this past weekend and the staff was so rude, none of the same employees who helped me last time were there, the fragrance lady was very rude and talked down to me, and no one seemed to be able to help me find some new makeup. I don’t know what has happened in the past couple months for these changes to happen. I don’t recommend coming here like I once did, you’re better off just ordering online.

For the last four years I have not been able to use my account, even though when I was able to shop in store ( I no longer live near a large city) I tried to update my email in store before I moved. I was told no worries as the account be pulled by phone number. So basically they refused, so I have not been able to shop online. This the worst company I have ever had the experience to deal with. Good thing there's AMAZON... I don't recommend ever giving them any emails as they will never update it even after you give them the new one.... as they want to hold onto an email from ten years ago that has not been active for at least five years.. I had a lot of rewards points too. So yeah I spent a lot of money there.. this has been an on going issue for the last four years since I moved. They still insist on using an email account that no longer exists. I will never give any retailer my email again..... So I don't run into the same issue. I also can not create a new account. Because they blatantly refuse to get rid of the old email. Awesome customer policy.... ZERO stars... Well I am putting my order in on AMAZON now.

Recently, I stopped at Ulta Beauty in Green Bay to pick up a perfume for my wife. Since I don’t know much about perfume, I asked for assistance. A salesperson name Halima, took the initiative to show me different products and educated me on the pros and cons of each . She was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great experience and the customer service and my wife was very pleased with her perfume.

The stylist here are amazing! I gave it 4 stars because there is a constant beeping sound in this store that never stops. It actually makes the environment extremely uncomfortable especially when the reason your there get salon services that should be relaxing.

I went to Ultra Beauty on September 12, 2025. I wasn’t greeted or asked may I help you. The workers were huddled around each other talking. I felt very uncomfortable due to having to fumble my way trying to find products that I needed. This will be the last time I spend money at Ulta. Hopefully, Walmart will have hair products that I need.
