The ladies are amazing! They always are there to help you with anything you need. Jill is one of my favorites. Her bubbly personality is always my favorite in the morning. *the favorite purple hair lady* 🙂

I love most of the staff. Tyler is incredible going always the extra mile in helping me! Asia also. I can never forget Linda and Cathy as well. I especially like it when i call and most of the staff will answer telling me their name . i hate having to ask who it is I'm talking to. I feel these guys need or deserve some kind of free pizza party or special lunch for all their great dedication. They are awesome!!!

This morning I stopped in to grab a few things and had my 18-month old granddaughter along with me. She had an accident and made a mess everywhere. Jessica was quick to help and make sure I had everything I needed to clean my granddaughter up. I really appreciated her help. After that commotion, I was looking for a long time favorite product of mine from Paul Mitchell, and she took the time to find it in back, show me the new packaging Paul Mitchell is using, and the products that are remaining in their Wild Ginger Awapuhi line. I have never spent so much time in a CosmoProf before and had so much help! Definitely a good addition to the West Mason location since my favorites Jen and Tyler are gone. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Jen is awesome to work with. I drive 1 1/2 to the closest Cosmoprof and I showed up at 5:50 on a Thursday night, Jen let me walk through and never gave me a huff. I kept apologizing that I had to be that person who shows up 10 minutes before closing and she simply said "take your time, I’m in no hurry" She deserves a 10 star🥰

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great experience 👍
