Abt had the appliance brand and models that I wanted in stock. Great experience from initial selection of new built-in microwave and integrated dishwasher with Mike and Briana of Sales, through the delivery and installation with Tim and JD. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff, all around. Will definitely visit Abt when I need additional household items.

It was my first time there. I learned about how purchasing there works. They had a lot of cool interactive things to do and take pictures of. I understand why they don't have food places in there (kids are all over things here so I can imagine food stains on dirty hands), but that was a downside to being there. We left as soon as we got hungry because we were all getting impatient. Perhaps they should have food businesses nearby but add a no food or drinks policy at entrance

The Abt guys from truck 2080 did a great job unloading the freezer and fridge from the truck, removing all the packaging and tapes on the appliances. It was late – around 7.30pm – but they were in good mood, courteous and professional. I am glad they had the proper equipment to protect their backs lifting the appliances down a flight of stairs into the basement and into the pantry. I had some nice chats and when it was all done, our little pantry in the basement had a nice freezer / fridge setup, it all worked perfectly. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely ask for truck 2080 at our upcoming washer/dryer delivery! Thank you and happy Thanksgiving!

I spoke on the phone to a representative before I ordered to make sure my item was in stock and how they planned on shipping it (large and heavy item). I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Got it super fast!

I was referred to Abt for home HVAC unit replacement and install. I would have never known to consider them, but my HVAC repair tech recommended them. They listened to the factors I was using to make my decision and offered outstanding communication well after the initial sales call. No complaints, only confidence. And way under the competition. Install was a snap. Grateful for the referral, glad I made the call.

This place is an experience... we did not know what to expect when we got here. We thought it was just an appliance place kind of like a Best BUY, but it is was so much more. It's essentially a tiny mall that has everything you could ever want to to upgrade your home. Absolutely incredible. I don't even understand how the selling process works because there were people EVERYWHERE...

My wife and I recently bought a new range from Abt after we learned how much it would cost to repair our old one that wasn't holding the correct temperature. We paid for installation and takeaway. Joe was awesome. The contractor who had installed our previous range had kind of Jerry rigged it into place, making it extremely hard to remove. Joe didn't give up and took about 10 extra steps to make sure he could get that range out and my new range in. I'm so appreciative of the fact that he really went the extra mile. Thanks, Joe!!
