I specifically went here to purchase Dr. Dennis Gross LED mask, we asked the first employee we saw, she was ok, We got the impression she didn’t know much about the product or was bothered to explain, she even told us to get the product ourselves, we were about to leave without purchasing anything, but then another employee came and was very helpful answering all our questions.

I need corporate number asap...I went in there and bought a funky lip gloss. They offered me a credit card, I took it. THESE IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE...THEY PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. Now they are saying that I owe all these late fees and done messed my credit score completely up. On top of that I called them late month...the rep said that she fixed everything...why is my credit score 79 points lower. I am cancelling all credit cards and I DON'T WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH SEPHORA EVER A AGAIN. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU ALL HAD A SLOW CASHIER AND SHE PUT MY ADDRESS IN WRONG ON TOP OF THAT THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE THAT SAID SHE WAS GOING TO FIX IT IS SLOW TOO BECAUSE WHY IS THIS NOT FIXED. PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME CORPORATE NUMBER. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!!!

They're so helpful in this location. Just went to pickup a few items. Checked online before I went and they had everything I was looking for. It smelled so great upon entering! Will return again.

I find Sephora’s return policy very frustrating. Requiring customers to make separate trips across town depending on whether an item was purchased online or in-store creates unnecessary inconvenience. I would strongly recommend reviewing this policy to provide a smoother customer experience.

Like this place, I hate they stopped the free 3 samples, but overall, it was a great experience. I had a young lady who walked me thru the process of downloading the app and paying with my phone. Excellent service.

So, we all know Sephora. There used to be three stores and my city but now there's only two. Regarding all of the Sephora's, I feel like they don't keep a lot of inventory. While they advertise products and we'll have samples, they will not have the product available for you so you have to order it online. I will say that their shipping is free so that helps. But there's something about being able to get my item in the store. I am happy with the samples. I would say that they definitely have more samples available then Ulta. Meaning you can actually try things in the store and that can really help you make a decision. As for store organization, it's pretty much well divided into hair Care, skin care, and makeup. It does give you an opportunity to look at things and figure out what's going to be best for you. As for the customer service, I actually prefer to maybe have one person walk up to me and asked me if I needed help but they kind of go overboard in that several people will ask you how you're doing. I was told by a customer service person that they're told that this is the way they should go about their job. To each their own. I will say it is very easy to get help if you need it. Their staff is generally friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this store. (The pictures that I included or of samples just to show what kind of samples they have)

This store is in a beautiful plaza and the store is very nice. The store has plenty of selection, it is well stocked, and is clean. It is worth the trip to this location if you are in the area.
