SCAM STORE. Walked in and bought something and there’s no prices anywhere until you go to pay, okay fine. Said it was final sale and could not be returned. All of their items are way overpriced and could be found at Sephora or Ulta for half the price. Went back in later to exchange the unopened product, as their receipt clearly states that all unused products can be exchanged within 14 days. They REFUSED to give it to me, since there was a "Black Friday promotion" that was not posted ANYWHERE throughout the store and was not known to me until AFTER I got my receipt. I had to argue with the manager in order for them to honor what is clearly written as a policy on their receipt. Never coming back don’t waste your money.

Was excited to hear about the new K-Beauty store at our local mall and rushed over to pick up a few items from my favorite brands. The store was a bit disorienting as many of the items did not have clear descriptions on display or even prices on them. I decided to just pickup items I was familiar with to save time. After making my purchase, I immediately realized that I was charged more than the brand’s MSRP and sale price, and decided, in good faith, to return 1 out of the many items purchased. Went back to the cashier within a minute after leaving the store, only to be told and later lectured by a manager that they only offer exchanges within 14 days. As a person with 20 plus years of retail experience, I appreciate return policies for reasons such as contamination and use, but this was unacceptable. After pushing further I was finally granted my return. Is losing a customer worth $20? To the business: (1) A small signage, with the policy in fine print, on a large counter in the middle of two registers is not the requisite "clear and visible" posting on return policies, (2) You are told AFTER purchase that a return can only be made within 14 days (no mention on the form of return was offered), and (3) a policy noted on a receipt is after the fact. Customers are entitled to make informed decisions on their purchases and signage should be clear. Lastly, if only some items are to be marked with prices, it would only be fair that those prices match your online prices.

I can’t stop in this mall without stopping here. Amazing beauty products at very reasonable prices. A few lip glosses from here in my rotation. So hydrating with a beautiful tint. Staff is incredible. Thank you! Check it out!

Tonite I walked in the store and was pleasantly surprised. Their beauty product section was so good. I was greeted by Joyce and she asked if she could be of assistance. I definitely needed assistance but I was taking it all in and needed a few minutes. All the Korean & Japanese brands I was interested in were right there! The store was nicely lit, good layout and samples to try. When I finally had a question Joyce was able to assist, made some recommendations and educated me on some of the products. No pressure tactics just guidance. Check out was a breeze and all the staff were friendly. Will be back for sure.

In their eagerness to sell, they told me that the item I needed was refundable as long as it wasn't opened. When I took it back, they refused to give me my refund, and told me that I would have to communicate with a third-party, and go through a lengthy process.

I tried exchanging a product 2 days after buying it. My lips were burning. It was definitely defective. I never had an allergic before to any makeup. They should honor anything especially like that. But instead with their bogus rules.I rather shop at the 99cents stores!

Came in last week on Thursday with my mother and partner, and we were helped by Sally, who assisted us in picking out products my SO and mother wanted. She also helped replace items that were out of stock with other similar products for us. Overall great customer service and experience, rest of staff were very friendly too. Will come by on a more frequent basis!
