I had an exceptional experience at this Sephora today—truly on par with the level of service you expect at places like Nordstrom or Sewell. Brianna was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely invested in helping—not rushed, not transactional, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Instead of the usual "Is that all you need?" approach, she asked thoughtful questions and focused on solving problems I’ve struggled with for years when it comes to makeup. I came in for one item and left with a few additional products because her recommendations finally made sense and addressed real issues—not because of pressure or upselling. Makeup can be overwhelming, and Brianna made the entire experience feel easy, judgment-free, and actually enjoyable. It’s rare to feel truly helped rather than tolerated in retail. Sephora is lucky to have her!

Customer service has really gone downhill at this location. Every single time the staff follows me around without saying a word, and they seem to dislike kids judging by the side eye they give my poor baby. I love Sephora but wow! Avoid this location and make the drive to Southlake they have much better customer service! It’s worth the drive

Cashier needs to learn the return policy. I came to exchange a foundation but was one day late, so I couldn’t. They had matched me in the past, so I bought it online, and it was way too orange for me. I know it’s my fault for not being able to come sooner due to my work schedule, which is basically the same as the store hours. I had tried to exchange days earlier, but the only Sephora open past 8 PM was in a Kohl’s, and they denied the exchange. Today I went in to try exchange the foundation for something lighter and return a different item that came in the incorrect shade(shade of box and item did not match). The cashier denied the exchange because I was a day late and also denied the return, saying it was past the return window. I placed my order on the 12th but didn’t receive it until the 20th, but she said that didn’t matter. I asked her to point me to that specific policy were it states the 30 days start when your place the order and not when you get it delivered, but she couldn’t. She was rude and didn’t seem to care. I left because you can’t force anyone to be kind, helpful, or knowledgeable, but after getting in my car I managed to start the return for that item on my app. I got a barcode, went back into the store, and thankfully a kinder associate helped me and I was able to complete the return. I understand it’s my fault for not returning sooner to exchange the foundation I was wrongly color-matched for, but I can’t believe she wouldn’t accept the return for something I was still within the 30 days because she "thinks" that’s what the return policy is and was adement about it. I didnt catch her name but she was a heavier set lady, light complexion, dark hair and probably mid to late 30s.

Tom at this location is amazing! He was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for and genuinely takes pride in what he does! I love this location the staff is always so kind here and gives excellent recommendations for anything I’m looking for as an active person and healthcare worker!

SEPHORA, They have makeup and lipstick and blush. They sell shampoo and conditioner. They sell brand name products. My Daughter bought Dry Shampoo. I went with Her in there. Very clean, atmosphere was great. There are many sells ladies if You need assistance for anything. They're very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy and kind. The prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely rudest customer service, came in to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of make up and products and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. I will not be coming back to this Sephora. The lady says, " it’s only for customers with make up services" And then when leaving she’s just sitting on her phone, very rude!

Stephanie assisted with helping me find my ideal tinted sunscreen/foundation. Stephanie had incredible patience as I tried multiple brands and formulas to narrow down what I had in mind. All associates greeted me when I walked in asking if they could help. I really appreciate the relaxed inclusive environment Sephora provides!
