Don't bother going to this store unless you want ripped off! I wanted to exchange a foundation I purchased online because I accidentally ordered the wrong formula. When I realized I had used my points for the purchase I knew what I would get back wasn't near worth what I gave for it I asked to have it back instead of returning. The girl told me she couldn't do that. All I wanted was to exchange the foundation for the correct one (same brand and price just different formula) but instead she refunded. I was told since it wasn't the exact same foundation they couldn't do it and refused to give it back and told me to come back the next day which made no sense. Why? I got some points back but it wasn't the $42 worth I gave for it. I got less than a $2 refund. These girls dont know what they are doing and definitely dont know how to do returns,exchange or refunds. Screwing people out of money or items is insane.

I love this store and I’m always greeted warmly when I visit. I don’t normally ask for help, but today I did and was helped by Camilia. She was so fun, bubbly, and so so kind and sweet. Ask for her to help you if you want the brightest smile you’ve ever seen!

It’s wild to read reviews about the employees ignoring people, because every time I stop in they won’t leave me alone. Every time I am in there, I am followed around and treated like a thief. I’m not sure if it’s the way I look or what, but it’s really upsetting. I had the same employee ask me if I needed anything twice in the span of five minutes as I was comparing a product, and another right after her. Which sounds tame, but it’s always the tone and the way in which they do it. Other people have noticed it when they’re with me. I am autistic and it’s usually very loud and bright in there, so it takes me some time to process what I’m seeing and make a decision. But it gives me a lot of anxiety to be followed around and bothered every couple of minutes every time. It’s gotten to a point where I order online if I can, or when I have to go in I make sure to not take my bag or only a really small purse and leave it on my arm where they can see it so they stop bothering me. It’s been like this for a couple of years and never gets better.

MOLLY WAS INCREDIBLE!!! molly did my prom makeup and she was so patient and took her time to do quality work, she was so fun and a great part of my prom experience! she’s a true artist, i felt so beautiful! i’ve gotten prom makup from ulta two years now and they never disappoint

Cat & Emily are amazing!! They were so helpful & patient. I didn't know what products I needed to achieve the desired look & they headed me in the right direction. Very happy with my new look!! Thank you ladies!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Manager is standing behind the front counter gossiping with the employees- 3 of them and I stood there for a whole convo before anyone checked me out. Also not a sole in sight to help color match or ask for any help. I’ll never shop here again, rather do it myself online.

They didn't have my makeup color so the ordered it for me with free shipping and it came to my home!
