Seen a wig I liked. It was overpriced I was still willing to see pay for it. What caught me by surprise is the fact that I was told I couldn’t try it on. That’s ridiculous!

I’ve been here one time your greeted by a security guard which I wasn’t expecting he help me find what I needed also with I’m assuming was the store owner and his wife’s help, I had told them I was looking for a mannequin and a wig with long hair. I didn’t really care what color it was so that my young daughter could play with it. There was a couple misunderstandings of what I wanted, but we finally got it. This wig was on sale I think I got the mannequin and the wig for like 40 bucks. I thought I was gonna have to spend more so I was pretty content . The wig I was not intending on putting on my head. It was like I said for my daughter to use she’s four to brush hair. My hair is curly so obviously she can’t use mine. The mannequin just Moves in a circle and has an attachment that you could attach it to something else on the bottom of it . It also says you can style the hair up to 400° so , the hair does seem to get tangled immediately, which I was hoping it didn’t do, but it does seem to brush fairly easily with the unbrush brush that I have I don’t brush at the top of the head because I feel like I would damage it I’m not sure but besides that it’s pretty good. I can sit the mannequin on a table or in her highchair and she just plays with it and put bows and brushes it and whatever else I’m not gonna lie it was pretty intimidating with the security guard there with my first time being there I felt a little stressed but then again I can understand looking at the neighborhood driving through to get here that is probably a rough neighborhood so it’s fine but these people are pretty kind I have no problems here. So whenever my daughter gets bored of this wig and or it gets messed up beyond recognition, I will most likely be back for another one thanks. This works so much better than the dolls hair in the store that you buy I don’t know what kind of hair they use for the dolls that they sell the store but you pretty much can’t even play with them. They get tangled and they cannot be brushed out and you just have to throw it out. I did not have a problem like that with this wig another FYI, there is some disconnection with language barrier. It is hard to understand them and also the security guard is most likely gonna follow you around the store. If none of that is intimidating or frustrating to you. You should have no problems here which I see some of the reviews saying some things about that but it’s like look at the neighborhood. This is what is going to be expected.

I came in to get a last minute wig for my birthday. You can’t touch them, try them on or anything so I was just literally looking at them til I decided. Not even 30secs go by before the older female cashier comes to me and ask if I needed help. Thats cool, i tell her "I’m just looking for now thanks" She proceeds to stand with me the entire time telling me they’re going to close soon. Eventually she looks me up and down and says the synthetic ones may be better while pointing at the hat wigs. I tell her no I’m looking for a human hair one and will get one once I decide on it. I move on to get eyelashes and now the Black security guard comes standing by me and says you can’t just be shopping, we’re closing soon. So then we get into a back and forth. Why allow people in if you’re going to be rude the entire time they’re shopping??? I’ll never spend my money here!!!!

The opposite at the door is very friendly, he greets you as soon as you walk into the store. There is an awkward smell going on in the store, not sure what it is. Other than that the workers are okay, pretty scary it's not easy to find when you need help.

Could not understand what they were saying to me nor could they understand what I was saying to them. It was very hard to communicate and get the beauty supplies that I need it. If it wasn't for their security he helped me find what I need it very disappointed in this business.

The owner NEVER smiles, nor greets customers! She had security follow my 13 year old son around the store! He wouldn't dare steal from anyone! She doesn't interact with customers and never says Have a nice day! I REFUSE to patronize again! DISAPPOINTED!
