I've known David and Michael since 1984, and there parents! There known by Scuples hair products. The definition for Scuples is integrity , good morals! It definitely is that! That is how I would describe Ray Kerns of Flint!! There's no one like them! And never will be! There family owned business, and that's what they have been to me for all these years! I really love all of them!!! They always carry the top of the line products that no one else carries! Good prices and the best of the best Quality!!
