Customer Reviews
Walmart has a rating of 3.9 out of 5 based on over 6011 reviews on Google
Four stars. Clean, wide isles, and well lit. Prices are kinda tricky - nothing under $1.98. Friendly Associates. Fast easy self checkout.
It is deeply unprofessional for Walmart to treat paying customers like criminals as they exit the store. If the company does not trust customers to use self-checkout responsibly, then the machines should be removed. If the issue is a lack of trust in cashiers, that is an internal staffing matter. Confronting customers, creating scenes at the exit, and demanding receipts is not an acceptable solution. There is no clear signage stating that receipt checks are mandatory, yet customers are being stopped, their purchased belongings delayed, shopping carts physically held, and personal space encroached upon—without consent, legal authority, or posted policy. This approach is not supported by law and exposes the company to serious legal consequences. Even your own employees openly acknowledge that this task is ineffective and performative, admitting they are not actually verifying items—only asking to see a receipt. This makes the practice both intrusive and meaningless. There are far better, lawful, and respectful ways to address loss prevention. Continuing down this path is a slippery slope that erodes customer trust and goodwill. Until this issue is handled appropriately and professionally, I will be taking my business elsewhere. And addressing it on my podcast for many others to share their personal experiences like I have.
There are two Walmarts in Flagstaff. And I go to each one of them for a particular reasons. The one on woodlands boulevard is really my go-to Walmart. I can't say enough good about John at the front by the doors. He is apparently the security person. He's always pleasant and friendly and has a giant smile. I appreciate him being there when I go
Very silly that the liquor is in front of the store, but other than that I loved the different layout! And that's coming from a CG local!
The store was really clean, they were fully stocked with both Thanksgiving and Christmas clothing and decorations. The items that I needed were an extremely reasonable price. I bought a stuffed for under $3 and 2 pair of girls leggings for $3.88 each! I like how the items needed for Thanksgiving dinner were on display right when you walk in.
Its fine for a Walmart, though when it is busy it is a zoo. Shelves were reasonable stocked and it did not fall below my expectations for a walmart.
If I could do negatives I would. The clerks in the different areas. Electroni s, hardware wct are great. But this tore never ever has a cart for those with disabilities. Its always ohnwe have them if you see them in the front. 6 months I haven't shopped here because everything I need is always in the back. 1 out of ten do not recommend for anyone with difficulty walking.
