I got a facial with Kayla and it was the most relaxing, cleansing, and luxurious experience! She did such a great job and my skin looks stunning. I did this as a one time thing for a special event and now I’m already excited to start booking my next facial! Worth every penny!

Kayla was wonderful! During my first visit, she provided a welcoming atmosphere and listened with care to my concerns. She thoughtfully curated a customized facial and spent additional time walking me through a new skincare routine, making reasonable recommendations. Kayla was careful, respectful, and explanatory, and the flow of her facial was flawless. I left feeling so relaxed and more knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I had been going to Katie for over 3 years for waxing and I love her. In the past year, I changed to Kayla for waxing and tinting. I love her work and how much care she takes in the process. I leave with great results. I highly recommend both of them.

I love flagstaff skincare, the location is easy to get to, it’s always very clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really good at what they do. I highly recommend flagstaff skin care for waxing, facials and lash/brow tinting. Kayla tinted my brows and lashes yesterday and did a wonderful job. She was efficient and the results were perfect!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel the need to explain my negative experience at this spa. I reached out to Kati, the owner, twice via email to voice my concerns and no one replied back to me. So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. It was really cold in the room. I guess I expected the table and blankets to be warm considering it was snowing outside. When she started the facial, I just felt she had little to no experience in what she was doing. I have had many facials, and this was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t even relax and enjoy it because it was so bad. She was also wearing gloves that were too big for her hands, and it just felt so bad on my face. I’ve never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves. I am an ER nurse, and I haven’t had a facial in over a year. I was really looking forward to this. For a $155.00 facial, my expectations were high. I booked the Custom Facial online and the description I copy pasted below from Vagaro. Custom Facial $155.00 Our Custom 60 min Facial with L.E.D. is a tailored experience designed to address your unique skin concerns. Our skilled estheticians will assess your complexion and create a personalized treatment plan just for you, this facial is all about catering to your specific needs. Walk out with a happy glow that is uniquely. Book Now The facial started at 2:50pm and ended at 3:30pm. That was only 40 minutes, not 60 minutes in the description. There was no LED. There was no assessment of my complexion to create a personalized treatment plan. She didn’t talk to me at all during the facial. There were a few extractions which she mostly just concentrated on my nose. I felt she was distracted or something. There was no pressure at all used when she was trying to massage my shoulders. It felt awful. I literally couldn’t wait for it to be over. I felt ripped off to be honest. I would not recommend this spa to anyone after my experience.
