Came in to get my hair done, the same red I’ve had for 6 years and I left with BLACK hair. I gave them a reference photo that I’ve used before as well as a photo from last time I got it done. The salon manager tried to tell me it was "darker than the reference because the reference has bright lighting" and that it’s from layering red on red, which I’ve had this color for years and never had a problem. My hair is BLACK, a completely different color than I asked for. Not just darker. What I got vs the reference

I was visiting from California when I decided to stop at this Ulta store to get BareMinerals Powder Foundation. Two young ladies did a great job offering me help and I asked them few questions that I ended deciding to get a Trim Haircut. I wanted take the time to recognize Kaylee who did the Haircut & Styled my hair. She shared tips on hair curlers and made sure I liked the V-Shaped on the cutting. Thank you!

Usually love coming to this place and always treated with kindness but the cashier, Aryn, was rude as hell. Confronted her about her behavior and she was quick to change her attitude. If you don’t want to work in customer service, go find employment elsewhere 🙄

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and patient, but I especially wanted to give a shout-out to Lily. She went above and beyond to help me on what turned into a pretty lengthy scavenger hunt for the right products. Her knowledge of the store probably saved me 45 minutes of looking around aimlessly. She also checked in the back for about half of the products I was looking for and was happy to do so. Definitely my best experience at an Ulta Beauty.

I've always had a good experience here and today I got my hair cut and dyed by Ellie and she was an absolute sweetheart. Super encouraging and sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. Very transparent with pricing so I wasn't surprised when I went up to pay. She did an amazing job on my hair as well. 10/10 experience.

I've always been treated with a welcoming environment. Every time over the last 4 years I've been helped out with patience and consideration. Tonight was no different when I was helped out by Fransesca and Amethyst. This store is welcoming to all in my experience, and I always feel safe walking in and asking questions.
