Super Beauty World

I would most def be shopping here again the customer service was beyond impeccable and i didnt receive any attitudes or negative energy! They had everything i needed and more i did not want to leave! The Lady in the wig section TAMIA was a sweet heart and allowed me to talk to her about what i had going on and found the most perfect wig for my mother Whos on hospice. The two girls at the register TIARA and EBONY were so lovely and attentive they moved fast and helped me make sure i had everything. The manager KD was his name with the beautiful singing voice and the peppy spirits was such a delight even though he was busy he stopped what he was doing to help me. Now the highlight of my experience was that young lady TRINITY whos sweet and goofy demeanor made my shopping experience a real lovely time she helped me get in and out and always seem to be in a good mood. I love this beauty supply store so much it is everything! Shout out to WAYNE DOUG PAUL SHERWOOD KAY AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THE SUPER BEAUTY WORLD FAMILY

I usually dont go to the hairstore unless im with my momma running errands but Trinity truly goes above and beyond for every customer. She doesn’t stop helping you until you’re completely satisfied, and she always makes sure you leave with exactly what you came for. Her dedication and customer service are unmatched. Super Beauty World is lucky to have her!

I had an amazing experience at Super Beauty World! Trinity is always so kind and patient with customers. She really goes out of her way to help and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Employees like her are hard to find she definitely deserves a raise for the great customer service she gives every single time!👍🏾

Super Beauty World never disappoints! The girl named Trinity was so helpful and kind the entire time. She made sure I found everything I needed, and they had all the products I’d been looking for especially the cluster lashes that you can’t find at any other store in Fayetteville. If you need great customer service and hard-to-find beauty products, this is definitely the place to go!

I’ve been to a few beauty stores in Fayetteville and couldn’t find the X-Pressions Spring Twist hair anywhere, but finally found it here! They actually had it in stock in my color and didn’t upcharge like a lot of places or online. Definitely worth checking out!

After looking at all of the negative reviews, I decided to give this store a try anyway. However, after my own personal experience, I decided that I will never return to this beauty supply store again. I highly recommend you take your hard earned money else where. Customer service is nonexistent. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Staff was wonderful; extremely nice, and patient. Had a issue with my purchase, needed to talk with the manager(Sherwood). He was very professional, kind, caring, and had a very pleasant personality. One of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with, in a business. Will definitely be shopping there again!
