With all of my travels I love going here because of their amazing products. Yesterday I was able to get a last minute appointment for a blow out, color touch up and trim. The people at this location are nothing but amazing! Talented with great energy vibes. If your expectations are a perfect color match then you need to see Kahm Dillard. I have really thick hair and her style left me with out the bulk and fly aways. Book with her now!

I had a awesome experience at the Ultra Estée Lauder section! I hadn't worn makeup in years, and I felt a bit out of my element walking in, but the sales associate, Alexa, was super friendly and made me feel totally at ease. She asked if I needed any help, and I explained I'd been out of the game for a while, and she was happy to assist. She was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the right products for me. She made the experience really enjoyable, and I left feeling like I'd had the best experience possible. I was hesitant at first, but I walked out feeling confident and happy with my purchases!

Employees are really nice and helpful. But the store appearances is horrible. Boxes everywhere make difficult for a "normal" person to walk through, I can imagine a handicap person in wheelchair can't pass nowhere in this store. Not fair for them. I know Is holiday season, but every time I visit the store is like that. So no excuses! They need more space in the warehouse, some one need to make it happen. I was looking for a product I can't find in the sale floor, when I ask the cashier, she goes an getting for me under the counter away for the rest of the products was. Next time I will get my stuff online. To much headaches visit your store.

I came to Ulta Beauty today To get my hair toned and cut. Chelsea did an amazing job, best hair cute I’ve had in years. She exceeded my expectations. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered, she was very professional and Assertive. I would recommend Chelsea To anyone needing some hair love. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jonathan at Ulta Beauty! He did an absolutely out-of-this-world job on both my hair and makeup before a military ball, and I left feeling more confident and beautiful than I have in a long time. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he also went above and beyond by taking the time to care for my damaged hair which had been previously fried by another stylist outside of Ulta. He explained everything so kindly, treated my hair with so much patience, and truly brought it back to life. The transformation was unbelievable. Jonathan is professional, skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his clients. If you want someone who will make you feel amazing while also taking real care of your hair, go see Jonathan. He’s a gem and deserves all the recognition! 💖✨

Huge shout out to Casandra at the Fayetteville, NC Ulta! After my door dash driver stole my products and I couldn’t get any help from Ulta Guest Services nor Door Dash, Casandra took extra time to coordinate with the GM to make the situation right! Casandra was patient and understanding and made sure I got what I needed for my trip without further hassle. I generally do not shop at this location due to previous experiences but after the last 24 hours and the help I received from Cassandra I will be back.

Anja is my hairstylist and she is absolutely amazing! She is so pleasant and nice, always brings a great vibe and she taught me how to care for my hair, what products to use and now my hair looks beautiful and healthy!!! Definitely recommend her! Thank you Anja 💜
