Please make sure to always ask for and check your receipt. Sometimes the sticker on an item doesn't match what’s rung up at the register, and you could be charged more. I requested my receipt before the employee who was helping me threw it away. When I checked in my car, I realized they had charged me $10.99 for an item that was marked at $7.99. When I asked for a refund, the older lady assisting me kept staring at the sticker and my receipt as if I was lying about the price, and she appeared quite frustrated. Another worker confirmed that I was correct, and she refunded me the difference, but did not apologize.

This beauty supply store has been my go to for the past 5 years and for the most part the customer service has been excellent up until I went to the store on Saturday morning. The cashier (lady with blonde tinted hair) was very rude and unprofessional. This was the first time I had ever encountered poor customer service at this store. I’m truly disappointed in how she freely speaks to customers in the tone she does.

I had a very bad experience today at this store, and the lady with a short tinted blond haircut needs to do better. She is very rude and was yelling at me simply because I was trying to explain simple mathematics to her. I bought items worth 92 dollars and I returned one item to pick something else but when she wanted to remove the amount of my return item from the new items I purchased, she refuse to remove the tax she already added to the item I returned. I returned 7.99 dollars item, and tax on it is 0.998, which adds up to 8.99. She only refunded 7.99. Her attitude is unprofessional and needs to be cautioned.

I have been coming to this store for about 2 years now and one thing I have noticed is the continual sales of bad products most especially their imported products. This very day is the 3rd time I complained about a product. I had purchased a dodo body lotion yesterday and not only did it contain a shiny substance but it was extremely watery. A normal human would be able to tell that a body lotion should not be like that. In as much as it’s not their fault they should demonstrate a good customer service by granting an exchange or issue a refund. Instead, it was as the complete opposite. The Alex guy identified himself as the manager and refused to accept the bad product even after explaining that I have used the same product before and it was completely different. He and the other employee were extremely unprofessional, he left me standing, went to sit down like I’m a nobody. Those people made me feel so inferior, and awkward! Now, I just wanna say that store is a terrible place to shop, save your money and go to a better place. The employees suck!!! They need a change otherwise, the store will go down completely!!!! I have met so many nice Koreans and Alex from Howard beauty supply was completely different and his personality is nothing to write about!!!!

I walked in and saw heaven, so many lashes, gloss, makeup, they literally got EVERYTHING you need. and the workers are really nice 💞
