I have a lifelong commitment and love for Katie! She is so incredibly talented and kind to everyone she meets! She’s so patient and knowledgeable about everything beauty related! She listens to exactly what you want and always exceeds my expectations! Going to Katie to get your hair done is like hanging out with a bestie! My daughter and I visited Ulta and I can tell you how much I hate Ulta next to Claire’s being a guy. My daughter was just everywhere in the store and I told her to ask an associate so she went up to the register and the cashier "Amanda" went above and beyond for my kiddo. She was very knowledgeable on the products and suggested something right up her alley. My anxiety went from 100-0 lol thank you Amanda for your kindness and customer service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Ran in real quick just to buy some new foundation, Was having a crappy day and the weather also was crappy but the patience and all around help I got from Abby literally made my whole day better! She took the time to explain to me products and their benefits rather than just trying to sell me just anything or rush me away. Exactly what customer service is supposed to be like! I was very insecure about walking in as a 30 year old who has never been shown how to use makeup. The staff helped me find foundation, bronzer and a color corrector. The girls who helped me were thoroughly explaining techniques on how to apply the makeup. I didn’t feel judged or lost throughout my shopping experience! Thank you 🙏🏻 a little kindness goes such a long way

Go to Noe Noonan! When Ulta canceled my WEDDING DAY hair and make up (as I was approaching the store- maybe 10 min from appt time), Noe Noonan took me in with open arms. Not only was Ulta rude and unprofessional, but they basically told me they won’t squeeze me in and good luck finding anyone else. I called four places before ending up BLESSED with Noe Noonan. The entire building made me feel like a bride, they went above and beyond with my hair and make up, and I saved money compared to Ulta. I am absolutely appalled by how Ulta handled the issue, and I will never book with them or recommend them again.

Erie, PA location - I made an appointment for a keratin treatment. I’ve had them in the past from other salons, and my hair was soft and manageable for months. After the girl started she confessed that she had NEVER done one of these treatments before and had to keep stopping to read the instructions on the bottle. I asked her several times if there was anyone that could help, and she said she could do it. I should have made her rinse the stuff off so I could leave. Now my hair is breaking off, dull, full of split ends and needs about 6" cut off. I wash only twice a month and never use heat. There’s no reason other than the treatment that my hair should suddenly be in such terrible condition.
