Macy's

Been going to this Macys for years with my mom. I went in today to buy her a gift from Clinique the blond woman with bug eyes working for Lancôme asked if I needed help I let her know that I was finding everything I needed. She then continued to stand right next me me staring at me for a few moments and I let her know again that I was fine and didn’t need any help( I have worked for Clinique at multiple locations for many years even at a Macy's). She was definitely trying to imply that I was trying to steal which I was not I was wearing my scrubs from school. I picked out a gift set and went to pay she then told me it was a purchase with a purchase witch I knew it was not, there was no signage it also didn’t say that on the sticker on the box. She then decided to argue with me about it finally asking her co worker who confirmed that it was not a purchase with a purchase. I decided not to check out with her and waited for the other woman to finish with her guest (she was great and super nice especially for the circumstances). Im absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service she possesses, you never know what people are going through I just wanted to do something nice for my mom but was treated with absolutely no respect or kindness. We will not be back to this Macys I’d rather go to Boscovs or drive to Pittsburgh instead of going there for any cosmetics. I’m super disappointed, I’ve always had great experiences at Macys but this was just absolutely inexcusable. She needs to learn some kindness and compassion no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated.

A great Macy's location! Has two floors to shop on. Top floor is bedding, rugs, curtains and home decor. Bottom floor is clothing, shoes, jewelry and the likes. Great deals are to be had in the flyer/mailer!

I would give it a zero if I could. Back to school shopping in the men's section. The sales associate walks in with 2 people shows them the entire section proceeds to share what jacket he plans to purchase on pay day and tells them to let him know if they have questions. I amthe ONLY other person in the section, right nest tohim and my son is in the dressing room. He couldn't even take time to acknowledge me and see if I needed help. Guess what? We had picked out 5 or more items. My so came out of the dressing room, I told him to leave the items we'll get better service elsewhere. Walked out and saw the male sales associate doing nothing in the shoe department. I only came to Macy's because of its location. Lesson learned. Do better people 🙄 Poor customer service = I will not return AND it was my FIRST time shopping at this Macy's. No thanks...found our items elsewhere.

James was the greatest, if you ever need help with anything he is your guys . Give him a raise macys!

It was great,though it say Macy’s it a whole mall and it great to pace time with family and buy stuff.

I went to Macy's to look for LPS characters. They had a decent selection, the best I found in Erie, PA. The prices were also comparable to those on Amazon. If you are on the hunt for Littlest Pet Shop animals for any reason, I would definitely recommend a stop at Macy's! 😊
