Busy shop, not a lot of clean makeup stations, and a bit of a mess.. would you really want to try all those samples that everyone else is? Prices don't stop the kids from buying... Franchise tax of 3%? Really?

The best customer service i ever had from the moment that I got in there till I finished Candida were veering great and help me with all of my choices I really recommend it

I had a pretty bad experience here on Wednesday. The lady who rang me up was an much older woman, with dark medium length hair and it seemed like she was a manager or something but she rang me up and I asked if there was any mascara samples they had. She said yes and pulled one out and asked if I wanted it, I said no thank you but she had already scanned it in and did a very disrespectful sigh as if it was a huge inconvenience for her to redo my transaction all over again. She was also on her phone while ringing me up and didn’t even notice she didn’t have the payment option open for my side for 5 minutes because of her phone. I’m not sure how this store is being run but it makes me feel terrible as a customer here as if I’m an inconvenience here.

She listened to exactly what I was looking for and guided me with so much patience and knowledge. Milly has an amazing eye for color and helped my wife to find products that matched with her skin perfectly. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm personality really stood out. I was just in this location five minutes ago and I bought some thing from your Sephora Newport Center and it just wasn’t my vibe. The young lady that helped me over in that store was absolutely wonderful so I pretty much shopped for the same foundation every six months or however, long it last me and when I went into the store today because they’ve been out of this foundation that I’ve been looking for forever I I knew I was looking for I did the exchange and when I was going up to do the exchange. I’m at the register. The young lady was holding the foundation that I needed to exchange hostage as if I wasn’t coming in there to exchange a foundation. It almost seemed like she was waiting for me to run out of the store with the foundation mind you I am instill in full uniform and I have a name tag on. I don’t work at the mall, but I work in a retail location.It just seemed very offputting and I don’t know how to describe it, but it was like she was afraid, I was gonna run off of the bottle of foundation that I was literally there to exchange just a very offputting experience in this location, and she just seemed kind of miserable.

Unprofessional stuff, the sales associate told me $116 for the perfume that I’m trying to get for my wife, when to pay suddenly comes up to $150, I don’t recommend this store, got it from another Sephora in Clifton for a price that I couldn’t even imagine
